Ordered the food online, feast for 4, including Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps. When picked up the food and got in the car, realized that Lettuce Wraps are missing, went back to the restaurant, they gave us missing items, but when we got home, we realized that Lettuce Wraps are missing the chicken. Called the restaurant and they offered us to come back and pick it up, since it was a bit of drive, we asked if we can get a refund instead, were promised refund, but refund never been given. Please check your order BEFORE leaving the restaurant, so you would not end up in the situation like this.

My delivery was cold and essentially inedible. The worst part was the cold, old-fish-tasting wontons—one small bite was one too many. With all the fee add-ons, the delivery was over $30, and I threw it all away.

I have come many times and the food is hot or miss. Tonight I asked for my egg tools to be crispy (because they haven’t always been) and the cooks - who you see and hear - processed to make fun of the request and roll their eyes. Really going down hill.

Whenever I am in Highlands Ranch I like to eat here. My favorite dish is Mongolian steak with mushrooms. I also like the pork eggrolls. The service was great. I got my food fast. It was piping hot. Great place!

My wife and I ordered takeout using online ordering. The menu was pretty straightforward and it was very refreshing to not have a prompt to leave a tip. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and my wife ordered the Chicken and Broccoli. Picking up the food was super easy and everything was still nice and warm when we got home. My kung pao was good but it didn’t seem to have the typical “flavor” - tasted more like sesame chicken so it threw me off a little. My wife enjoyed hers at first until she got to the last piece of chicken in her dish - said it looked a little funny so she didn’t end up finishing hers. I’m sure we’ll give this another try at some point.

Avoid at all costs if you actually want to eat. Time and again I order on the app 30m minutes in advance I got to pick it up and it is hopefully another 30 minutes. Service is TERRIBLE for food that is average at best. This place is a disaster!!!

Nothing is good here but it is edible. We order wings, drunken noodles, fried rice, wontons and pork egg rolls. There just isn’t any flavor.

We haven't been in a while but all enjoyed what we ordered. Other than the dining room being absolutely freezing, it was great!

This Pei Wei provided a glorious experience. Maddie and Kyra were the best cashiers I’ve ever met. They were so kind and helpful and provided excellent recommendations and in my opinion, they both deserve a raise. Amazing customer service!!

Had takeout, spicy drunken noodles and kids orange chicken. Place was almost empty, around 3:45 pm on a Thursday. Menu was simple and service was fairly quick. Kind of regret my selection and should've gotten the broccoli with beef or Pad Thai. The flavors were ok but not what I was expecting. Simple process to order takeout and they didn't prompt me for a tip, which is a refreshing change,. especially since it is takeout.Parking: Plenty of spaces availableKid-friendliness: Some selections available in kid's size, though the noodles were a bit bland.

I've always loved the food at Pei Wei, but it's been a long time since I've gone due to being far from any location. When I went to this location earlier this week, I was really disappointed by how dirty it was. And it wasn't just superficially dirty. It was obvious the place hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I saw thick dust on the wall trim including cobwebs and dust bunnies. I saw food splattered on the walls, too. Whenever I see the front-of-house this dirty, I assume the kitchen is dirtier. I think I'll look up their health department inspection records before going back.

everyone...please help pei wei store manager abby with your positive feedback. she is working 'very hard' to get this restaurant to the best possible ratings and went the extra mile this evening to assist me with a couple of orders...and the food was outstanding!!! if you can make the time, post your 5 star reviews and ask for abby at the restaurant. any complaints...take them to abby first, not online, she deserves that courtesty and chance...let's help her!!! my first time to meet her was this evening and i was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and efforts to execute quickly through helping with orders and ensuring the restaurant was kept clean constantly. if you have any recommendations, just let her know, i'd love to see us help her make this location #1 in the us!!!
