Love this place. The Manger (Owner) and staff are super welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. They are always very courteous and if you need to wait a few minutes for your carryout they serve you hot tea (if you want it) and ask you to have a seat (if any are empty). The food is excellent and so is the price! :)

Food here is pretty good. We enjoy the food here so much we go 3-4 times a week. We bring friends and family as well. Not anymore. We had a table of 5 people. Service was awful. The server was just sitting at one of the tables on his phone. When it came time to pay there was a service charge because it was a “big” table. No where does it state there was a service charge. I asked that the service charge be taken off so I can tip accordingly. The owner did not want to. He knows we come in and spends $100s per week. I told him we will go somewhere else and he said he doesn’t care. Bad business and bad customer service.

The absolute worst restaurant I’ve been too in a long time!!! The chicken was old and grey, then rock shrimp was UNDERCOOKED 😱 the staff was dismissive when we asked for fresh basil because they brought us shriveled up leaves….. they charged us $42.00 for two regular PHO bowls and an app…… the cups were dirty. When we told them the shrimp was undercooked they didn’t say anything. We were so disgusted we didn’t even eat. They took hot water from the pan and mixed it with broth….. we didn’t see a single customer the entire time we were in the restaurant, not for pick up takeout or dining awful!
