I saw online they had a great price on pho. I ordered and went to pick up. They took payment and I thought the total seemed high. I told them that the price on the receipt was not the price listed online, and that's why we came here. They dismissed me and said, yeah that's not the actual price. I stood there for a bit to see if they had any intention of respecting the listed price. They walked away.

AWESOME!!! The wife was under the weather this weekend, so I figured id get her some broth for her cold. We decided to try Pho Vy which is right around the corner from us in a shopping center. Went there to pick up some things on Saturday night, wife called in the order & were told 10 minutes. Was greeted by probably the owner & he was very pleasant & upbeat. The restaurant was extremely clean & had a nice crowd inside & a bunch of takeout orders waiting to be picked up. Ours was almost ready(Got there in about 7-8 minutes). Got home & the Pho broth was piping hot & the other items for the Pho were in a separate container & baggie. She ordered the Pho with Brisket & Flank steak (the 2P Chin Nam on the menu) & 2 Spring Rolls. I'll start with the Spring Rolls, they came with a wonderful dipping sauce & were extremely light & fresh. They were definitely made that day or even a la minute (meaning for that order). The outer layer was a rice wrapper & you could see all the ingredients inside the rolls. They were EXCELLENT!! On to the Pho, the broth was extremely clean tasting, fresh, clear & extremely good! The Brisket & Flank Steak were beautifully cooked & placed in a to go container along with the rice noodles, sprouts, scallions, Thai Basil sprigs, lime wedges, I don't think I'm forgetting anything, but it was GREAT!!! I can't wait to try them dining in, but it literally takes about 2 minutes to get back home, so I'm sure we got the best Pho available! I normally give 4 Stars for take-out & adjust the rating when I go inside to eat or get another Take-out order, but Pho Vy deserved 5 Stars from the start. The restaurant smelled great, was nice & clean, and the food was excellent, so it checked all the boxes! Definitely try this place if you live in Highlands Ranch or the surrounding vicinity, you WILL NOT be disappointed, I guarantee it!!!!

Apparently you go here for the food, but not the service nor the atmosphere. Our server rushed us, never a greeting and very abrupt. He also had his meal a table away which is completely fine, but he didn't check in on us and was blasting his phone the entire time. We paid our $100 bill, and never received a thank you for coming in, or a goodbye. I asked for to go boxes with the check and that was the extent of our interaction outside of the good being delivered. By the way, for three bowls of pho we were given one small basket of toppings (mint, jalapeno, lime, bean sprouts.) When asked for two additional baskets, we found we were charged for it. The Pho Vy Parker location is grateful for your business and they actually say hello and goodbye and treat you warmly throughout the meal. Again, the food at this location was good but far from even mediocre customer service. We tipped 20% and I regret it.

Came here yesterday and had an amazing lunch. My husband got the pho and I got the combo grilled plate. I was excited because someone mentioned they had the grilled plate and left a really great review- they weren't kidding. Everything on the combo grilled noodle plate is delicious, nothing was dry and it was all perfectly marinated. I will also say they have great egg rolls, will definitely order those again next time. We definitely found our new go to spot! I will also say, their portions are incredibly large for the price, another favorite thing about this place is the affordability. Service was good and attentive!

Ordered take out from Highlands Ranch Pho Vy, got home opened the box, it had a long black hair. Please do not order take out or dine here as they don't follow proper hygiene/sanitation rules. I was disgusted to see a hair in my food & took it back right away. Server at Pho Vy was confrontational & did not even apologized to me. Will never order from this place again. Petty & dirty.

Pho was delicious! We all liked everything we ordered. My kids did too. The customer service was incredible. They went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. We felt like old friends even though it was our first time there. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Tonight while dining in, they were short staffed. One server, one taking to go orders and helping people pay. In a world of short staffed right now, & other staff members blame the fact they are… these employees worked their TAILS OFF even harder! Basically running around to make sure people were served. So many others need to take note of this restaurant and their work ethic. Not to mention, it’s always great Pho when we come and friendly people!!

More of a restaurant than the Highlands Ranch location. Comfy booths as well as tables, a fireplace, nice warm decor and a nice sushi bar and bar area to one side. I noticed they did a lot of take out while we were there. We had the rare steak Pho. The rare steak doesn't stay rare for long in the steaming heat of the broth (which is to be expected) and is extremely thinly sliced. My niece had a California roll which was very fresh and delicious. I'll come back for the sushi next time. Overall very satisfied and happy to have this in Parker.
