There are plenty of Colorado breweries that you’ll read on websites to go to and not see Prost written. Well, Prost should and should top that list. The variety of different styles, specifically German, are fantastic. There’s plenty of seating. It might get busy around happy hour time due to a lot of companies near by
The schnitzel and spaetzle are just as tasty as the dishes I've had in Germany. Great beer as well!
Great beer garden, full kitchen on site. German style. Outdoor turf zone and seating. Great for kids. Live music in Summer.
Noisy, expensive, food mediocre. Probably better after a few steins of beer.
I loved the place, the beer and the food! I recommend the pretzel and fries. The beers are great, for all tastes.
Great place! The beers are spot on and the food is delicious! Their hefeweizen is authentic and one of my favorites. I haven't tasted a dish there that I wouldn't order again.
We always enjoy our trips to Prost. Great beer and food options.
Great beer and great food! Love the outdoor space.
Had a birthday party of 8 and even though they only do reservations for 10 plus they still accommodated us. Food and beer were great! Service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
Great place! Lots of food & drink options. Nice outdoor seating area.

Great selection of German style beers and food to match. Huge tap room with plenty of seating for large groups
It's busy on the weekends, but in a good atmosphere. Big tables, big glasses, friendly people.

Good food and beer, but they close for private events at random times and don't show this on their website. I guess call ahead and see if they will actually be open before going.
Update: Hopefully Scott is correct that they do not have too many private events, but they had two just this weekend during dinner times. Neither were shown on their website or Google maps hours when we checked on Saturday. As long as they post accurate hours going forward then I would definitely recommend going here.
Good beer but closed earlier than the time posted online.
Authentic meals and beer in a european style place I’ve been missing a lot here in the states. Now I know where to come for the right experiences. Prost!
