Staff was friendly. It was the manager with the heavy eyeliner at check out that was so rude. Charged for every little thing and was not friendly! I've never had a bad experience here until tonight.

Usually go to this location and the service has been decent. Unfortunately, I ordered one of the kids' meals for the first time today and was not given the full meal as it was missing the side and juice with my pickup order. Restaurant was not busy at the time and no details were provided on why those items were missing. Very disappointing. Will have to reconsider ordering any kids meals here.

Olivia really made my experience outstanding—she is genuinely kind—not the sometimes fake permalinks you get at restaurants (anywhere really!) there had been a small mix up, but she handled it so sweetly and gracefully. You can tell she really truly cares about people, and goes above and beyond to give a great experience!

TBH, before this, I haven’t felt cared about at this store before…it’s been impersonal, and things were forgotten and upon asking they made me feel like a pain for asking. Aside from this being the closest location, I hadn’t planned on returning to it except i needed something late and fast for my kids….after this experience tonight, solely because of Olivia, I will be back here again!

My 3 & 4 year old won’t eat pizza half the time, but devour quesadillas ONLY from qdoba….so, thank you Olivia for turning my experience with this store around, and keep being you!

As far as reviews I am very lenient and give a lot of wiggle room, but in this case I can’t help but ding this specific QDOBE for skimping. You guys, as well as other restaurants should be treating each customer as if you are on the edge of losing them… One small thing like skimping on your bowls my have pushed me over my tolerance level. I am not looking for a heaping bowl, but on the flip side I do think you should put a reasonable amount of meat and fixings on your bowls. I paid $12+ Dollars for this bowl only to get a few sprinkles of chicken, and a silver dollar size spoon full of guacamole that disappears immediately after stirring your bowl (never to see or taste guacamole again after that). Don’t read this wrong, as your bowls actually taste better than your competition, but for $12+ dollars I think I deserve at least a reasonable amount of food. (i.e. I can buy an entire roasted chicken for $8.99 at King Soopers, so can’t you at least give me a couple spoon fulls of your grilled diced chicken). Maybe the short fall was who was working that day, but hopefully this is not standard practice…

Recently had a surprise party catered and there was small issue with the delivery. After talking with management they were very kind in trying to find a way to make sure I felt like I was reimbursed correctly. They offered to try and do a partial refund but we settled on multiple free meal coupons! I feel satisfied overall and the management team I worked with was very friendly and made me feel heard and not like a Karen!! Thank you guys :D

Update again:
It was poorly rolled, to bad... a day later ain't as good.

TBF, ive never seen someone put a pickup in their trunk (doubt guarded, didn't seem so) while driving a 4 door sedan.... I think Audi.

Update (lowered a star):
Disappointed this time. Didn't select light rice and I think they found a way to put even more in there on regular. Basically, seems like I've been eating a glorified rice and bean burrito. Also, they seemed to have gone lighter on the steak although seems like more guacamole.

Prior:
Very friendly preparer and loved the energy. She paid attention to the order whereas I would've been standing there like umm, how about that.

First time I've ordered online (or been to this location). Place was closer than I thought to my place so I was actually there to watch it get prepared, which I would prefer anyway.

Everything was good, rice wasn't dried out, steak was juicy and flavorful without having to spit out any fat.

My order:
NEW Habanero Lime Steak - tossed in spicy habanero sauce, lime juice and cilantro, No Additional Protein, Warm Flour Tortilla, Cilantro Lime Rice(Regular), Black Beans(Regular), Hand-Crafted Guacamole(Regular), New warm Mexican Street Corn with creamy elote sauce(Regular), Pickled Red Onions(Regular), Shredded Cheese(Regular), Sour Cream(Regular), Cotija (Crumbled White Cheese)(Extra), Freshly Made Pico de Gallo (Mild)(Regular), Citrus Lime Vinaigrette (Mild)(Regular), Picante Ranch Dressing (Medium)(Light)

Only thing different I may do is light rice as it was little to much for me even though it was good rice.

Got an order to go on Saturday night. I enjoyed my chicken quesadilla that was missing the chicken and my order of chips and queso that was missing the queso. I guess the workers were too busy laughing with their other teenage buddies running in and out of the store to pay attention to the details of an order. Big time fail.
