I arrived at the store 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. I knocked nicely trying to ask why they closed early and the employees inside watched me knock on the door then deliberately ignored me. So i knocked again, same thing, except from this time forward they made a point of not making eye contact with me. They way they deliberately ignored me was infuriating to say the least. I would appreciate if you guys could make things right, however i would appreciate 10x more if you just operated at the hours you advertise. They definitely were not short staffed either, there was were 5 different people i saw inside packing up all the food, so i still do not understand why they closed early. Although looking at the comments im apparently not the first to have this happen at this location. Next time ill drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location, and ill of course call first because this behavior is apparently commonplace.

This is by far the best Qdoba around. The food is incredible and the portions are very generous. The best part of this location is the staff from the top down. The manager BC is always welcoming and goes out of his way to greet me every time I am in. Also, Cindy, Texas, Abe, Camryn are all incredibly friendly and conversational. Do yourself a favor and make this your new favorite location!

They forgot to put an item in our delivery order. When I went in to the store to have them make the item, a Steak Fajita Quesadilla, they forgot to put steak on it. Laughably poor service and mediocre food.

Ordered create your own bowl, not only was the lid not closed properly but I am missing several ingredients. Not sure why I even bother to tip when you dont get any better service.

Brandon and his team (including Cindy) went above and beyond to help with two large orders I placed today. They were extremely helpful in creating a successful event! Thanks so much everyone!

Save your money. Constantly get the worst burritos from this place. Had to stop putting in custom burritos because they could only make the ones on the menu, but now they can't even get that right...

The teenager making my bowl was mashing it down with her fingers after each ingredient for some reason. The rice in my bowl was undercooked and crunchy. After I mentioned this my entree was replaced for free but the experience was weird.

Why would you break down the restaurant at 8:30 when you close at 10? The last two times we've been in there hasn't been fajita, rice or chicken at 830. I worked in restaurants for years and can't fathom not offering everything available from open to close, but not to have those things 1.5 hours before close because you want to get off right at close is laughable, then for the young kid working to run his mouth because we walked out just shows what a joke this place is.

I don’t know why restaurants have a closing time if the close early came by at 9:48 and the doors were locked and they were cleaning and closed down

Great place! Friendly staff, very clean, and the servings are awesome. So much better than Chipotle. Keep up the good work
