Raising canes food is great although I would like crispy fries. This review is about service. We ordered a bunch od food for a party. Call it $ 100 plus and we received 1 sauce. Undoubtedly it was a mistake but instead of arguing or asking us come back they took care off the bill within the hour. The food was good without the sauce but because of the way they handled it we will be back.

I dined in today with my family and Jacob took our order, he was so positive and kind even with the very busy environment. Food was great, and then he came out afterwards to greet us and ask how our food was.

Got home after using drive-thru from Highlands Ranch location. It is a long drive for us. Bag felt heavy but when we opened the clamshell there was no food, only 4 Cane's sauce containers inside. Tried calling the location, no answer and unable to leave a message.

The portions are way to small here for a box combo meal, and the fries weren't cooked nearly enough. Not worth the price.

The food was delicious!!! My friends and I really enjoyed eating here after school!!! The employees are super nice and good with food accommodations!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Food is always great but checking out can be a bit slow especially if you are using cash. It took so long that my food was ready before I even got to fill my sodda glass. I have a major issue with their use of styrofoam containers even when you state you are eating there so that is an Environmental issue with me. I should get my food on a tray if I am eating in the restaurant.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable canes I’ve ever been in 😭 I walk in and three employees behind the counter make eye contact with me and then look away. I’m fine with waiting for someone to take my order, but they weren’t even doing anything, they just went back to talking to each other after giving me a look. It was really awkward. I love canes, and the food was alright, the employees were just weird and it felt like they were judging me lmao? The lady who took my order was nice, though!

Ever since I discovered this Canes chicken in Highlands Ranch it’s been a pleasant surprise. Clean bathrooms, clean tables, Don the manager or lead guy in charge was very personable and treated me like a human being and not a number. Typical fast food establishments don’t care and hire bad workers. I hope you keep this manager around because it’s noticeable…

The chicken is soft and really well cooked. You can tell they use fresh oil and the serving is great

Great food, great service, but every time I go to this location it is absolutely freezing. You could raise a family of penguins in here.
