Good service and the food didn't take too long to get to my table, pretty good for a Red Robin location
Great service. Clean. Greeted and sat right away with booth preference. Food delivery quickly and hot with no mistakes. Very pleased. Also got a great deal on their app making eating out doable when all our bills keep going up like groceries and insurance.
The wrap was significantly small. Half the size it usually is for the size we should have ordered two. The strawberry shake had so much strawberries in it, we couldn't even drink it.
Food was good. Service was slightly slower than average.

The food and the service here are very good on a consistent basis. I dine here regularly because of that. But this restaurant does need a serious update. Specifically, the outside of the building has flaking paint and it looks very neglected. The inside, specifically the bar, needs a serious makeover. They have one tv behind the bar with a bunch of loose dangling wires. More tvs for the entire bar to see would be great. I really like the food here but it would be a lot easier to convince family and friends to go here with me if the decor wasn’t stuck in 1998.

Great service. Sat quickly and server brought the kids fries while we decided on food. Tried a new jalapeño burger, it was pretty good. Our server checked on our table for drink refills and how our food was throughout our visit. He was top notch. Thanks!

We were in the area and decided to stop here. The service was terrible and the food was disgusting. The baskets of fries they brought us were cold and stale and there was about five fries in each basket. We never got refills on our drinks and had to wait 20 minutes after we finished eating for someone to come to our table so we could ask for a box. Never again

It wasn't busy which was nice. Server was friendly and fast. I recommend if you like burgers.
This must be a fairly old location. The interior smells old instead of fresh and welcoming. This maybe should have been foreshadowing and an indicator of the cleanliness happening in the kitchen…though I was absolutely appalled and shocked when my friend and I ordered a glass of wine each. My glass in particular came with at least 6 heavy lip prints all around the rim of my glass which is just utterly disgusting. My friend’s glass was only half as bad but still absolutely unacceptable. The waitress was super kind and offered to fix the situation. Upon bringing us two new glasses, my new glass looked like the rim was still probably dirty and a half attempt at wiping it clean before serving had been made but I still could see the greasy swiped wipe effect left behind. My friend’s glass rim was fairly clean, however, there was something gross (unwashed remains of god knows what) on the outside of the glass that she could scrape with her fingernail. Our waitress was still sweet and kind and asked what she could do to fix the situation. I couldn’t stomach any more, my appetite ruined even for food….my friend said she’d just keep the drink and ordered food (she was really hungry and hadn’t eaten all day up to then). I figured I’d have a “no thank you” helping of fries to settle my hunger at least for the moment. The manager came to our table, in the meantime, and offered to resolve the issue, apologizing for the mistakes. I told him if 4 glasses arrived with no resolution already, what more could possibly be done when there is a very clear problem occurring in the kitchen with cleanliness?! He offered plastic cups to which we agreed.
He came back with paper coated cups making a big deal about letting me take the cup from the stack of two so that “his fingers didn’t touch the rim of the cups to keep them clean for me”.
Was he mocking me…? 🤔
At least we knew we had a freshly opened bottle of wine because he opened and poured us our drinks at the table and at this point a drink was necessary…
My fries were fine and my friend’s burger and fries seemed fine as well.
Lastly, I went to the restroom before leaving and sadly, the negatives kept coming. Not all bathroom stalls had functioning latches so I needed to search for one that could actually close and latch. Definitely was not a surprise considering all that transpired at this visit.
Will definitely NOT return here again.

Aaron and his team were Awesome!! Been a while since we have been there and they made it all worth the while!! The ranch is amazing too with buzz sauce that is!!
