I enjoy Red Robin. I had my favorite burger, Blue Ribbon, without the steak sauce and tomato. I love the blue cheese crumbles, and I added bacon.

Uhhh.....I know my kids like it but even they think it's time to move on. There is only so much unlimited mac and cheese and fries you can give people before they take a closer look and realize this place needs a serious refresh.Nothing better then noticing all the fingerprints and teeth marks in your plastic cup AFTER you finish your drink.

Just left a review under a different account. Now leaving an additional one. I just called to request a refund because my food was terrible along with service and they just hung up on me immediately. I'll be visiting the store tomorrow in person to get my money back. Disgusting how badly the staff is trained and the food too. Never coming back here again and I recommend you don't either. Worthwhile to drive out to Bowles or Centennial locations.

The kids here need to be fired or a manager needs to step up and teach them how to do their job. 3 guys, all just hanging out and playing on their phones. Told me my order would be ready in a "few minutes" 45 mins later, still don't have my order, the kids had not acknowledged me once spite visually seeing me getting annoyed and me making very intentional eye contact. Finally the manager comes out and sees I'm annoyed, asks my name and like magic my order is in my hands. It had very obviously been sitting on the counter for 20+ minutes as the pizza and burger were both room temp. Give accurate ETAs, communicate with the customer and most of all, bring them their food when it's ready and fresh. Lazy rich white kids, same issue as 75% of the other restraunts in the area. I'm a traveler and this was by far the worst location I've been too nationwide. The food was also very mediocre in preparation, burger was soggy with cold fries and a cold pizza. Still trying to understand why they need 3 teenagers sitting on their phones up front and none of them doing their jobs. Also watched them hand another customer an incomplete order... not even checking recipets for the orders they do bring out?! Amateur hour at this location.
