Ordered Mac & Cheese....got some half-assed pasta in milk. Went there for a company function...it will be the last time we go. Terrible food....

Food was just bad, the kids wouldn't even eat their mac and cheese. Service was good, people were nice. I wouldn't go again to eat, maybe just a drink at the bar.

I was told that my beer would be $2, then waiter tried to charge me $6. Then when I paid cash for my meal, I was given $21 in change, when it should have been $21.12. The waiter said, "oh we didn't have change, you want your $.12?" I said the change should have been correct. He then threw a $1 bill at me and walked away. I still gave him a $4 tip despite the attitude. I would normally have tipped about $8. I felt really uncomfortable about the attitude overall. I don't think I will be back.

Felt extremely unwelcome. I placed an order online and when I went into retrieve my order there were three employees by the bar they saw me walk in and they all went back to their conversation and proceeded to disburse and do other things. Then finally the hostess walks back out after about 5 minutes and then just stared at me didn't say hello then I said I'm here for my order she turns around and hands me my food and then turned back and walked of as if I was interrupting her night by being there. This is absolutely disrespectful and my food was sloppily put together so it really made the entire experience horrible.

The music was so loud. My ears hurt after we left. We asked that the music be turned down and our waiter informed us that the person in charge would not let that happen. Message to the manager/owner: You lose hearing with age sweetie. Please don't make the rest of us suffer. Also play something better than Elvis.... Upside to our experience: our waiter was cute and very attentive.

Great service, especially @ the bar. Good, albiet pricey, food. Great beer, but the selection doesn't change enough and gets boring. The seltzers and sour change or ressurect flavors every now and then, there's a new or resurrected IPA (maybe two) in the summer and a new or resurrected dark beer (maybe two) when the temp starts to drop...but those feel like bare minimum changes for a brewery. Small batch creativity would be refreshing and bring me back more often.

We attended on Labor Day. Every staff that we encountered was not friendly. The guy at the door came to the front 2 minutes after we walked in, came to the front and stared at us, didn’t say hello or anything, like he expected a cue from us. Normally people say “welcome to Rock Bottom, how are you today?”. Then, we got to our table, 5 minutes later our waiter shows up and says “what do you want to drink” in a mumbled tone. Again, no table manners, etc. Very rash, he stared at the next person to get their drink order. We had to ask 3x to have him take our order. Drinks were empty most of the time. We waited 45 minutes for lunch to get to our table. Then, FINALLY, a guy dressed as a chef came out from the kitchen and said loudly “HOW ARE YOU GUYS TODAY” and was the only one excited to be there!!!!!!! It was amazing. The manager strolled around on his phone, 2 tables away from our empty drinks, and was extremely rude to people picking up orders at the front (again, the stare, why do you guys stare at people walking in???). Another guy clearing tables was on his phone and didn’t look at anyone during our time there. A female employee, seemingly running the bar, also only watched her area and passed by our 6x empty drinks several times. We asked for straws 3x. We asked for refills ourselves. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. We won’t be back. Tip to ownership, you may look at how you’re treating your employees, because they don’t seem motivated to be friendly. Also, a training session on how to greet people would be appropriate. I get better taken care of at In-N-Out and Chic-Fil-A than this place at 2x the price. Get it together guys.

To my fellow vegetarians:
We know our beloved house-made veggie burgers are slowly being replaced one-by-one by the (very gross) impossible patty across the restaurants we've long enjoyed. It's devastating for a person that just wants to sit and order a burger and a beer on a nice day.

THE GOOD NEWS: Rock Bottom still has a good old fashioned and VERRRYYY delicious house-made veggie burger!!!

(The other food was great too. So you can't go wrong.)

First time at this location. Formerly regulars at other locations. We stopped going because the beers got boring and rarely changed. However, we noticed online that the menu has changed, and there was actually a beer we should like available. It was supposed to be a Belgian Tripel. It was similar to one, but it was weak on the Belgian yeast profile and basically flat. Both of our burgers were fairly tasteless. Definitely gone downhill over the years.
