We love shake shack and we were passing through the Denver area after camping. We went to the highlands ranch location and had phenomenal service and phenomenal food! The restaurant cooked the food to perfection! Everything was hot and delicious! We loved the new bbq chicken and burger. The outside seating area was welcome. Good clean restaurant. Kudos to this location.

I am a regular connoisseur of Shake Shack. I have lived in other states, several cities, and I genuinely love Shake Shack. I’m mostly grateful for a location so close.
However, this location misses the mark. The last few times I have eaten here, I have been served the greasiest burgers I have ever been served in my life. I know, burgers are supposed to be greasy, they’re burgers. But grease dripping down my hands and wrists, grease pooled in the bottom of the white burger wrapper, soaking what’s left of my bun to the point that it’s unidentifiable mush…that’s too much. I’ve had burgers here that were just fine, but this seems to have become the norm and what to expect at this location.

This place could be so much better if their burgers were more consistent and not overwhelmingly greasy.

Relativly speaking, a damn good value for the price you pay. Good burgers, good fries, and most importantly, the burgers actually stay together when you chow down. Swing by, I promise you wont be dissapointed.

This place stinks. It’s WAAAAYY overpriced and the employees are a bunch of children. It’s a ripoff. The food is also mediocre. Go elsewhere.

This visit would have been great, except both our burgers were very rare. The fries were great. The milkshake was great. The trimmings for the burger were lavish. But the nearly raw center of the burger was off-putting.

Best fast food burger in town! Burgers are thick and juicy and not over cooked hockey pucks. I've been twice in the last month and both times blew me away. Today I went and Bryce served us and he was awesome.

Very weird experience... basically when you walk in, there's nobody to greet you, and you eventually figure out that the only way to place your order is through the little tablet machine thing. There is a menu above on the wall, but you have to enter in your order yourself, then pay, and as far as I know you can ONLY pay with a card. So if you're going there with cash, I'd suggest picking somewhere else.(If they DO take cash they don't make that evident in the slightest bit, which leaves me to conclude that they only take cards / tap to pay)
The food was good, but all the above mentioned stuff was really awkward and uncomfortable...
