Fries were over cooked. My burger was okay nothing special. With prices like these I expected a way better burger. Just like any other fast food burger joint just with ridiculous prices.

Don't know why this is on my reviews. Worst burgers, worst shakes, worst prices.... you know I think it's like apple products. Some people just like paying too much $$ for an inferior product.

Everything was burnt. Shackburger burnt to a Crisp, Onion Rings also burnt to the point that they tasted like potato chips. Super disappointed. Have been here many times and usually consistent, this Monday evening was not the norm.

I gotta say shake shack is an absolute racket. $20 for a cheeseburger is insane. I don’t care if it is trump-tariff time, that’s not cool. The burgers are pretty tasty though. Can’t recommend the shakes as it hurt my stomach. Stick with in-n-out or Culver’s.
