I order delivery from this Shake Shack several times a month. I'm surprised when all of my items are actually delivered to me. It seems like something is usually missing and calling to complain gets me a free something each time, but it's such a hassle and nothing changes.

Dude. $11 for a burger and you can’t provide fresh lettuce?!?! This is gross. I was going to be leaving an awesome review because the staff that helped me was great! He helped me be able to pay in cash and get our fries in boxes so they were still warm when they got home to the fam. This food is not cheap! So how can you not afford lettuce that isn’t wilted and moldy?!

First time ever and it was just not good. I don’t plan on going back way over priced for what you get also the lemonade was not good . To be fair chik fil a ruins alot of places they r just better at everything anyways if you r reading this just don’t go

RUDE STAFF. None of them wear name tags so I can’t directly tell you who it was. He is tall and has dark brown hair, he was extremely rude and like I said to him, he shouldn’t be in customer service. I asked a question, he made me feel dumb for asking. Such a turn off, would make sure he isn’t talking to anyone in the future. No one made you get your job, don’t be rude for no reason.

Worst food I’ve coughed down in ages, but spent so much money on it, couldn’t stand to throw it out. The buns were literally soaked and dripping in some kind of butter sauce, the chicken sandwich we ordered was caked with a greasy breading, and inedible. The tipping option was interesting. Tipping prior to getting your food and evaluating the product is ridiculous.The only good thing was the lemonade and the iced tea. Will never go back.

This place sucks. 20 dollars with tip for a drink and single burger. The portions couldn't be any smaller. The food is greasy as hell. The bun on the burger soggy as hell. Won't be coming back. I could of had more food for 5 dollars at McDonalds. This place is a joke. Service was horrible too. Guy behind counter ask for my name. I told him my name. He then asks again first name. I said that is my first name. He looked at me and gave me attitude. Good luck getting tips.

Didn't realize how good the cheeseburgers & fries were - my goodness it was delicious & fresh! Also, my brother had been here before - knew all about ordering and paying at the kiosk - easy-peasy!

Also, it was a later lunch - best time to go as we avoid the crowds.

The food came out within five minutes of our order being placed. Everything was cooked perfectly, we even received cold ranch that was cage free for my child’s chicken nuggets. Despite that there was kiosks to self serve they had someone who wanted to take your order and was very helpful and I appreciate that. The whole place was very clean and organized. The shack sauce is really good and can’t be replicated. The burgers were of great quality and kept the whole family full. Every item is individual though which is something to note if on a budget.

Parking: Parking was easy to find and use

Ordering at the kiosk takes so much longer than ordering from staff. Then the kiosk asks you to tip… tip who? Are you not paying staff enough? Because you aren’t even paying for staff to take our orders. The cups are behind a wall / counter and so is all the specialty tea and juice. Empty cups come with the food but they didn’t bring enough or the tea / juice that we ordered & is inaccessible to customers. Burgers come with minimal ingredients, to save the company money, and do not have plates for the food. One small tray delivered three meals to us when we dined in.
