This restaurant seats way to many people for its size. It was crowded extremely at 5:30 when we arrived for our reservation and the noise level was so high it was really difficult to carry on a conversation. On the up side we were seated immediately. The Mahi Mahi I ordered was overcooked and dry but tasty. My friend ordered the noodle bowl which was almost too spicy for her to eat. Due to the over crowding and noise level it is low on my list to return.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable about their offering and made great recommendations that we really enjoyed.
We got in last minute and found it wasn't too busy. Our waitress was very good. Love their menu. The strawberry salad with salmon was delicious with a nice chardonnay.
Smokin Fins has consistently had great food and great service. We always know what to expect when we go.
Excellent service and the kitchen went above and beyond to insure that we all enjoyed our meals.
Clam chowder was not HOT. Very thin and watery, Should be more creamy. Clams were misinscule and hard to detect among bacon bits. Calamari sent back and replaced with hot one. Need better tartar sauce for F&C's. Rogan was an excellent server!!!
Made reservations before they opened. And left because we waited and never got sat
Lobster Tots are no lobster and no taters like I thought they'd be. They're some kind of crap with imitation crab. The mahi tacos had rubbery, dry something... Not blackened, dog-treat looking substance, flat bread avocado shrimp flatbread was a tortilla but it was actually the only thing we could choke down. Overall low quality. Sorry. We were disappointed and will not be back. Oh! And the limes were all dust, no juice. They'd been sitting uncovered forever. Good things we weren't too hungry.

The food was good, the special for the night FISH was underwhelming.

This is probably the 8-10 time I’ve eaten here and it was very disappointing. Clams linguine was literally sub par clams sitting in about a cup of melted butter. Very few customers inside which I guess should’ve given me a warning on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day! Luckily the wife’s halibut was ok. Not $44 ok but at least edible. Probably not going back. Used to be exceptional.

Everything was just ok. The food wasn't much to write home about, though one of their shrimp appetizers was pretty good. My wife isn't a seafood person so she ordered a burger from the menu and the entire bottom half of the patty was burnt to a crisp. The waitress was also not very personable and ignored a couple of us when we tried talking to her, and no, this wasn't a case of her not hearing us. She was right next to me I tried to tell her about the burnt burger and she stone walled me. I ordered some sort of platter with shrimp and fish and it came with 6 shrimp and 1 small fish filet (the menu didn't tell me this), haha. It wasn't the worst experience ever but I highly doubt we'll go back.

Waited 40 minutes for our food only to have the order come wrong. It was very disappointing especially when we were starving. There was very little help and we didn’t get any refills for our water while we sipped away for 40 mins.

I frequently visit Smoking Fins for dinner, and I’m always impressed with the consistent quality of both the food and service. Consistency is such an important aspect of a great dining experience, and this restaurant never fails to deliver.
One of my absolute favorite dishes is the lobster macaroni and cheese—it’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time. The Brussels sprouts with the demi-glaze are another standout item on the menu; they’re crispy, savory, and absolutely delicious.
Smoking Fins has become a go-to spot for me, and it’s always a pleasure to dine there. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or are a regular like me, you can count on an excellent experience every time.

Fully packed, Noise level really high - took away from the experience. Food good, would go back. Service was average at best.
Parking: Needs at least 20% more parking - have to drive around the lot several times and wait on someone to exit. And this is suburban…

Always enjoy the food, but I had a bad experience with the manager Jimmy. He lacked professionalism and was extremely rude to me and my party. Brian on the other hand was great and very understanding and accommodating!
