Unbelievable that Highlands Ranch COVID-19 cases are rising and today, at 11:20 am, the produce guy cavalierly walks through the produce department drinking coffee, greeting customers without a mask. Several employees at this location don’t realize their noses are part of their respiratory system. Seriously? Fed up with the horrible management at this location, which has been my primary store since it opened. Finished with this place!!

Placed an order online to expedite grocery process as my wife has revelry torn her ACL and has trouble getting around with crutches. We scheduled to pick up our order between 7-8pm. We arrived 6 minutes after 8 due to traffic. Steph informed us it wasn’t possible to pick up order as that staff left at 8. Seems unreasonable that NO ONE here has any idea how to retrieve an order 6 minutes after the scheduled time. Also seems like King Soopers would inform you that this service is only available after 8pm and not during business hours. Poor service, poor communication and complete lack of empathy. All went to reinforce why I typically shop at Whole Foods.
