I had the pleasure of meeting Sammi this morning while she made the best macchiato! After waiting at 7/11 for 20 mins for their espresso machine to finish being rinsed (great idea at 8am on a Sunday) I decided to just go into Starbucks and it truly made my whole day so much better. She is an absolute joy and a great representation of not only Starbucks but just an awesome barista in general.

Terrible it says they close at 8 pm but we got there at 720 and they said “just a heads up all our machines are cleaning for the night and we don’t have anything available sorry” so what’s the point of marking they close at 8 when 40 min earlier they close…. If you want a coffee be sure to go to another place if it’s 1 hr before their “allegedly closing time”

Don’t miss the order screen. That is absolutely absolutely easy to miss. They will ask you to go all the way back around because it’s inconvenient for them. That was a nice waste of 20 minutes

I don't know why Starbucks does this, but they are not open until 9. A lot of their stores lie about their hours on Google and it's frustrating. You close 8, be honest or take customers until 9.

I rarely go to SB as i am not a huge fan of the coffee in general, much less the pomposity of the ordering lingo for the laymen. However, it is rare to go to a coffee shop ANYWHERE, and get my coffee the way I asked for it without a hitch. Hot, 6 shot breve latte with 6 packs of raw/turbinado sugar. Seems simple, I have paid $8 or MORE for it to be wrong many times
