I rarely go to SB as i am not a huge fan of the coffee in general, much less the pomposity of the ordering lingo for the laymen. However, it is rare to go to a coffee shop ANYWHERE, and get my coffee the way I asked for it without a hitch. Hot, 6 shot breve latte with 6 packs of raw/turbinado sugar. Seems simple, I have paid $8 or MORE for it to be wrong many times
I arrived at 1:30pm, its now 1:45 and my drink order still has not been placed. The guy in front ordered $100 worth of $3 gift cards... lol.. this is where a l)second register is needed... 1st and last time... its now 1:50 and i finally have ordered.. Wow!!!! It was worth the wait........ she did a good job on my drink.....
Very friendly, professional staff, and they know their drinks. Neighborhood coffee shop feel, nicer than the sometimes corporate feeling you get at the large Starbucks company stores. If you're a regular, they get to know you. Nice!
