I went in this morning to order a drink and asked the cashier if I had any stars to use. He said no, I didn't have enough stars for anything. However, when I logged into my account later in the day to reload my card, I saw I did have more than enough stars to have been able to get a free drink customization.

I'm told I need to support small businesses when it comes to a community purchase like coffee. However, I simply love my Starbucks! There are two locations I frequent - Cpl Max Donahue (CMD) and Broadway & Dry Creek (B&DC)! I've been going to these folks for a long while! I know them, and they know me! Now, here's a shout out, to the CMD location, hey TJ! TJ is amazing! He's super welcoming, kind, and charming! I look forward to seeing him because I know I'll be greeted with care and respect! Did you know that all it takes is one person to authentically interact with you to make a positive difference in your life, not just your day, your life. We all need that! I believe that is my gain when I go in there! It's more than coffee. An authentic personable down to earth connection is what Starbucks was founded on and is what is exhibited by the folks in these locations! I wish I knew the ladies names at B&DC, I am always running late when I get there, but it's totally the same great connection and we are not fully on a first name basis! Imagine that! So, maybe a smaller local coffee shop could give that same connection. I mean, I have tried a few, but I am truly not interested in losing what I've found with these Baristas at Starbucks! I believe this is what the new Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol is aiming to reestablish throughout the organization! Getting back to community connection! I am all for that! Thanks TJ and ladies at B&DC! You do more than make coffee you add to my life in a meaningful way! See you in the am!
I came here at 7:43pm to get my water bottle that i left in the store, and i saw two baristas that looked at me and shook their heads after repeated eye contact and signaling from me. I don’t get why y’all can’t even come over to the door just to hear what I’m saying i don’t look scary or anything i’m 14 years old like come on starbucks ?

The cold foam decaf coffee and protein box were good. However, I don’t suggest going in the evening. I arrived 50 minutes before closing to get some work done while my kiddo was nearby for sports. I was given 3 separate “we’re closing” countdowns within 45 minutes and felt rushed out. My drink was fine, but if you’re looking for a place to hang out in the evening, don’t expect the inviting atmosphere that Starbucks used to be known for.

I ordered a Pike coffee, then used the washroom. It wasn't ready when I came out, so I waited. Then I waited some more, and yet even more. Finally, I asked 'How long does it take to pour a cup of coffee ???", at which time someone decided to finally provide a modicum of service.I will N-E-V-E-R, ever set foot in this location !
The team is simply amazing and the store is so warm and welcoming!
