I get the same drink everyday and this starbucks has usually nailed it. Lately they make my drink wrong and when they redo it it's worse than the first. Plus their wait lately is 10 to 15 minutes.

Boo and Michael are so sweet. They make it feel like a little mom and pop shop inside. They really care for customer service and I highly recommend this location.

You would think a coffee shop in a grocery store would be convenient but I'm consistently let down by this location. Drinks taste different every time, but I think this time around they omitted my espresso shots. My drink tastes like oat milk. Tired of wasting my money here.

Scammed. 50% offer (show your barista) not honored: “order through the app instead.”

After struggling to order through the app, the barista reccomended I pay with my Starbucks gift card that only had $2.50 on it. I was under the impression they were reversing course and allowing me to use the 50% offer. Instead I was still charged full price, losing my money when I could’ve just fumbled around the app for another minute to get the 50% off.

I've had more wrong drinks here than any other Starbucks. It's as if the baristas don't listen, don't know the recipe, or freestyle your order. Management should ensure that they understand what each drink recipe it. Frustrating.

Bad customer service. One of the employee argues that I didn’t even order a drink when it was ordered on mobile. We checked theaddress but she just left. I had to wait 5 mins for another employee to come and this person was nice and finally fiund my order which was right on the drink. This is just the worst starbucks I have ever been. I am giving one star for the employee that just left me there.

Online the store says they open at 6AM, but when we arrived AFTER 7 the man was not open and did not even care to say a word to us! Finally an older gentleman said, “I’m showing almost 7:15.” The man working there said, “We don’t open until 7:30 today and tomorrow because our opener needs two days off (what is he?)!” and then he says, “And this will be fluctuating constantly!” So we will NEVER know what days we can go have coffee! Huh? Ridiculous!!!!

Store messes up a LOT.Told them I had a reward on my starbucks and yet I got charged. They constantly mess up drinks making HOT drinks instead of iced drinks requiring a remake.

As a long time and regular King Soopers shopper, I have become so disappointed in this brand that I am going to be shopping at the nearby Walmart. Today was the icing. My Highlands Ranch store is full of employees who clearly do not care about service or at least they didn't again tonight. I regularly order my groceries for pick up and today was the last straw for me. The order was placed for pick up between 5 and 6 and this week there was no call or text to tell us they couldn't do it so I showed u at 5:50 just to have Brandon come out and tell me that the order was not ready and wouldn't be ready for at least 45 minutes. he had an attitude as if it were my fault and I told him that it was unacceptable to at lease not receive a phone call to save me the wasted trip. He became very defensive, raised his voice and said that three employees quit and there are only two employees filling orders and that they didn't have time for phone calls. I advised him I would be contacting the store manager. I went home and called the store and requested to speak with a manager, I spoke briefly with Juanita who advised she was just the front end manager and that she would transfer me to Jo Jo the Assistant Store Manager. I spoke to Jo Jo who advised she was the assistant Manager and that the Manager was out of town. I explained what had happened and she again advised they were short staffed. I understand short staffing, and asked her why they continue to allow appointments to be booked when they know they can't fulfill them? Jo Jo advised that it was the system and the system wouldn't allow for any considerations. I asked for a number to reach the District Manager and was told that she didn't have a number and that I would have to call the main number for King Soopers and go through them to reach him. She did tell me his name was Sean Cornelius.I hate posting in this fashion but absent some means to contact a live person who is capable of helping, this was my last resort. Final thought, when we did receive a call an hour after pick up time, we immediately went and picked up and upon unpacking found our produce broken in half (cucumber) and what was obviously the worst onion that could have been found with obvious browning and multiple soft spots. Very sad King Soopers and Kroger!
