THE sweetest crew works here!! This morning I went through the drive though and got my order incredibly wrong and couldn’t remember what I wanted (I have a 1 month old and got called into work this week unexpectedly). They helped me figure out my normal order, reminded me of the beauties of espresso, and took care of my drink this morning. I have a great experience every time I order from here :)

I’m really disappointed to write this as it may be only my 2nd less than 5 star review ever. The last three times I have Been inside the store I have Had to ask for something for my drink, an extra Splenda, another time whip cream on my sons hot chocolate with the chocolate syrup on top (ordered that), and another time something else, but the point is, my drink wasn’t made correctly, and the other times I SIMPLY needed another Splenda. So I stand at the area where they serve the drinks on the counter. Every single time I just Stand there AND STAND THERE! I obviously want to drink my cook and try Gently to get their attention and they FOR SURE hear me but keep making drinks. More and more. I think Okay after this one they will surly stop and say do you need anything? Because you are standing at the counter not sitting in the comfy chair with your friends! Still no! Then finally after a really really absurd amount of time, they finally acknowledge me and I ask… they are pretty sweet about the Splenda, but having to add whip cream and choc syrup seems to be the most annoying thing they ever did in their lives!

Not very welcoming and all staff ignored people standing at the end of the counter who may of needed assistance or a hello. Stood in line finally to check on the order and was rudely told to wait at the end for the order. The application I use doesn’t have status updates to inform me if it’s ready so I just wanted to make sure no one took my order…

Used the last of my points to finish my business with Starbucks and this last visit reinforced why I wont be back to another location. I asked the cashier to help with the app redemption, he didnt look at the app and gave me instructions like I knew what I was doing. Id rather support small businesses than tolerate being treated like im subpar over a coffee order.

Barista got my order wrong three times, she was polite and took responsibility but it was a lot of time wasted out of my day.
Tanya is a horrible barista. She interrupts you while you’re ordering, she has a rude attitude at the window and she messes up your drink on purpose. We were very clear on how we wanted it and she said “ya ya” like she got it but still managed to mess it up. We came through twice to get ours corrected. She also didn’t snap the lid on our drinks so it spilled all over the car. She’s bad energy.

Asked for a coffee with oat milk. They gave me coffee with milk. I told them I'm allergic and this gave me the exact same drink. The barista was very rude and kept giving affection to her boyfriend who was working on the computer not professional at all. Her name was Lilana. She also walked and hit me and didn't apologize.Will not be coming back :/
