Tanya is a horrible barista. She interrupts you while you’re ordering, she has a rude attitude at the window and she messes up your drink on purpose. We were very clear on how we wanted it and she said “ya ya” like she got it but still managed to mess it up. We came through twice to get ours corrected. She also didn’t snap the lid on our drinks so it spilled all over the car. She’s bad energy.

Asked for a coffee with oat milk. They gave me coffee with milk. I told them I'm allergic and this gave me the exact same drink. The barista was very rude and kept giving affection to her boyfriend who was working on the computer not professional at all. Her name was Lilana. She also walked and hit me and didn't apologize.Will not be coming back :/

Got a mobile order for hot latte and warm coffee cake. The latte was ready when I got in the store but the coffee cake is not. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes and finally asked for the coffee cake not warmed. I came out of the store with a lukewarm latte and a cold coffee cake.

The staff is very friendly in my opinion but the cafe is FREEZING all the time. If you look around every customer working inside will still wearing their winter jackets. The poor baristas are too busy working hard to care. Winter is freezing, Summer is freezing. I bring an extra jacket to work here comfortably.

I am increasingly disappointed with the inconsistent flavors. It seems to depend on the barista who serves me. This time, the flavor was perfect, but they forgot to add the whipped cream that is supposed to come with it. I would love it if the flavor was always consistent, no matter where I buy it.

This is usually my go location, but my experiences recently have been terrible. In particular there is a woman named Jacquie that works here and she is awful. She's quite rude, impatient, and generally unpleasant. Every interaction I have with her makes my day a little worse.
I frequently DoorDash and I DETEST picking up orders from this location. The customer service is awful. When I stopped by today I did not see my pick up at the designated spot so I waited a few minutes. At all other locations in the area they have the order ready when I get there or promptly ask what I am waiting for. This one does not. I asked 3 separate team members about the order (that was one drink) and all 3 responded "I'll check on that for you." after 15 minutes I had to drop the order Because I didn't have time to wait for them to get their act together. It wasn't busy maybe 5 people ordered the whole time I was there. I counted 6 team members And not one could find or get started on the order I needed. EVERY TIME I GO HERE I REGRET IT.
