I'm never a big fan of Starbucks. But today I met a barista named Luka and he was the most vibrant most energetic and gave me a wonderful best tasting drink I've ever had and I'm very impressed by the young man.

I think this is the worst Starbucks in Highland Ranch. I ordered two tall drinks and two pieces of lemon loaf. The loaf came out in a timely manner, but I had to wait 20 minutes for my drinks and never received them. When I went to ask for a refund because I had not received my drinks and I was late to an appointment and The gentleman at the cash register messed up and charged me (instead of refunding me). I didn’t realize it at the time, so when I called customer service, they explained to me that I had been charged twice. They refunded me for both orders and took my complaint. However, if I hadn’t called customer service, I would’ve never know that I was charged twice. There were several other frustrated people there waiting for their order, I asked one women if she had been waiting long, she said she had been waiting for 15 minutes already and had not received her drinks. I understand it’s a very busy location, but you should forewarn people if the wait for drinks is going to be longer than expected.

I used to work for Starbucks and this would never fly! You don't put one person in the line for drinks inside and 3-4 people on the line for drive through.

I feel like there’s a limit you should keep plastic straws. My plastic straw fell apart in my frappuccino and I only found out because a giant piece of plastic came up my straw and thank god I didn’t swallow it. I took out the straw and saw that the piece of plastic in my mouth is smaller than the missing plastic in the straw. so I look at the bottom of my cup and there’s like 10 different pieces just floating around. Plastic gets hard, don’t you guys get new straw shipments?

I really wish there were a different coffee shop or café in this location. I stop here a few times a year while waiting for my vehicle at Discount Tire across the parking lot, and every time, I think, “Maybe this time will be better.” Spoiler alert: it’s not.

My latest $6+ coffee arrived nearly an inch short of the top—almost 20% of the drink missing! I know inflation is rough, but come on.

On the bright side, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the interior is well-designed with plenty of seating. Those are the only redeeming traits keeping this Starbucks from a 1-star review.

This location has really gone downhill. They are constantly running out of sleeves. This morning, they had sleeves but didn't put them on my cup until I asked them to? Coffee is hot, and the cups dont insulate, hence the need for a sleeve. Someone is going to burn themselves

The speed of service has also dropped drastically. The lines are massive and extremely slow.

I would recommend going to a different location until this location figures their stuff out.

It's normally a good location, drinks/food are up to par and workers are generally nice.

However, there have been a few times, such as today, that the wait times were simply insane. I waited 30 minutes for a single drink I placed in store today - easily the longest I've ever waited at a Starbucks.

If you're planning to swing by during mornings, be aware that you might run into similar issues.

If you like waiting for 25 minutes for 2 coffees only to find one is wrong & then wait another 10 minutes then this Starbucks is for you. Woefully inadequate staff levels, these guys need help Starbucks!

I think making cold foam is too challenging for this location. It’s rarely included , even when you pay extra for it . We stopped coming because orders are frequently wrong . Tried it for the first time in 6 months today, it was still wrong.
