You really need to teach your employees that a customer in the store standing in line forever shouldn’t have to then wait for online orders to be made. Such awful customer service! Won’t come to this location again. It’s always been awful and I can’t stand it anymore.

When I came in around 4:00 pm, I had to wait a long time for the 1 employee to get off his phone and notice that I was even at the counter. The employee was not very friendly. About an hour after eating my sandwich, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I would not recommend this location.

This place is horrible. They always don't have something. Sometimes it's white bread, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, onions. What kind of a subway runs out of their main ingredients. Worst part is they don't say anything until you have already ordered. So then u have to pay. Even in the store. Idk how anyone can run a business like this.

Every time I go to this location, there is always an issue or toppings missing. I went a couple weeks ago, oven wasn’t working.I went today, no lettuce available, the soda machine was missing half of its options and leaking liquids all on the floor. I got over charged for my meal and my sandwich was made incorrectly. The cookie housing was empty.From as long as I can remember, this subway has always had issues like these CONSISTENTLY…Extremely poor ownership throughout the years that has trickled its way down to management and employees.Who knows what kind of health and safety protocols this location is violating, but I wouldn’t be surprised.This is the last time I’ll ever set foot at this location.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Service was incredibly slow. The oven wasn’t working for toasting. They were out of tomatoes, brown lettuce, several fountain drinks were out of service, and the tea was empty. Incredibly disorganized and not impressed with the quality of the product.

Ordered 2 sandwiches to go that were very simple for dinner. All we received was bread and meat but no incidents or items inside. There were 0 customers present and 1 girl was just listening to AirPods. I called the location and did not ever get a manager also went online and filled a complaint where I still have not received anything. Don’t waste your time or money here go somewhere else it’s worth it.

I don’t know why I continue to give this subway a chance. Literally every time I order delivery through their app, Uber eats, or DoorDash- my order is always wrong, missing something, has something extra, etc. and when you try to call the store, it says the phone isn’t in service.How hard is it to just make a sandwich?
