Really? 3 little slabs of dry old ham on a cold cut combo and nothing else? Do better Subway HR! No way to contact Subway about this except to drive back 20 min.

They no longer take coupons. The staff are friendly but the food is so expensive without the deals. I ended up going to McDonalds instead.

Received some coupons in a mailer for Subway with some good deals and decided to get some subway. They don’t honor coupons at this location… I live a half mile away. Why are you sending out adverts and coupons in this area of you don’t even accept them? Not paying $15 for one of your sub par 12 inch subs. Just dumb.

This location used to be decent but we won’t be back after today and I don’t advise anyone to go here. This owner needs to get his stuff together and get his store together! 🙄
The kid that as there by himself at lunch hour on a weekend 1/11/2025 @ 12:40pm was insanely slow, he didn’t have all the vegetables (really just didn’t want to go in back & get more), he couldn’t remember over and over what was just told to him or what sandwiches he just made, it was obvious he was sick, they never accept SUBWAY coupons because they’re greedy & lazy, ,he couldn’t break a $100 bill even though the total was $65 so only $35 change 🤦🏼‍♂️😡 which they should put a sign up they don’t accept US currency, the place was really dirty, on and on and on!!!

Just close the place if you can’t operate it properly and save people the headache & time!

I ordered food online I go there and they said they didn't have the order but already charged me. I went to the store the two ladies barely spoke English and kept saying no order. There customer service is a email for subway. No number and the number for the restaurant doesn't work either. Highly not recommended.

This place is absolutely the worst. They never accept coupons, and they have a sign saying "the system isn't working today." This has been going on for over a year, if not longer. We ordered two sandwiches and a churro. First of all, the deli area isn’t visible; they’ve covered it up, so you can’t see anything. Why? The sandwiches were served cold, and when I realized they hadn’t heated them properly (obviously because the counter is set up so you can't see), I asked them to warm them up. However, since the toppings were already added, everything was cold. It seemed like a new employee helped us (I assume), but her coworker, Sarah, showed no willingness to assist or guide her. As for the churro, while it was served hot, it was so hard that we ended up throwing it away. I admit that I stopped coming to this location because of past issues, and I thought that after so much time, things would have improved, but clearly, they haven’t. And the place is dirty.
I definitely won’t be coming back.

This subway should be ashamed of themselves! Working in food myself, if I (manager) ever had a digital order sent out the way I got my food, my employee/employees would get fired on the spot! My meal tonight was over $100 with half of my stuff missing. . . At first I thought it was just the 6 chips they didn’t add to my bag. . . But then realize very soon after 4 of my 7 sandwiches were not in the bag either. Oh but the list can continue, my footings weren’t cut, I had more mustard then I did anything else, and when it comes to the toppings - it looks like someone grabbed the tops all in one hand through it on the bread drenched them in mustard, closed it and wrapped the sandwich. But Iv sat here and tried to call subway several times and they won’t pick up the phone - no wonder all these new sandwich places are doing numbers compared to subway. Whom ever the manager is, GM and shift manager should really sit back an maybe work a night shift. . . Actually WORK and WATCH your team because this falls on you too!

The franchise owner of this location should feel awful about how they are running this location into the ground. Having one young teenager running all to go orders and making sandwiches for walk in business is crazy. We felt terrible for the kid and cannot believe Subway stands for such a poor operation. The creepy part was my son pointed out a moving camera watching us and it was a disgrace to know an owner is watching and not doing anything about it.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Only went because I received some coupons in the mail. They don’t take coupons and neither do the stores in Lone Tree. So why spend the money if none of your stores accept them. Maybe subway needs to be ran different. It’s is falling apart. Go to Jersey Mikes. Sandwiches taste better from there anyway!

I am incredibly disappointed. Our family orders from here relatively regularly, using the online system. And while two of the subs are always made well, the third is messed up in Some way EVERY SINGLE TIME! There's no excuse for this, and feels incredibly targeted, because My sandwich is always the one messed up, AND the Only one of the 3 we order that isn't toasted. It's frustrating and disappointing, and frankly feels targeted.
