Great food, service is generally alright, but you guys are always closed so early. I get that highschoolers don't like working late (I worked at a dairy queen till 11, and didn't leave till midnight usually) but you guys close at like 7 sometimes. Super inconvenient and other reviews reflect that. You can tell they're in a hurry all the time to leave, and have a rule about leaving if it's slow. It's one of the only things out in the area, but if I want to eat past 6 it's hit or miss. Either update the hours or stick to them please.

We ordered online for pickup on our way home to Denver. My sandwich was really bad. Missing ingredients including avocado which I paid extra for. I used Subways feedback response system they print on the receipt to share my experience, giving them a chance to correct the issue. I received an emailed response that told me they talked to the employees. No offer to replace the sandwich, refund my money, or even refund the price of the added avocado. I replied stating my disappointment in not offering even a partial refund but received no response. There were other issues with this order too but its not worth going in to. My daughters sandwich was mostly fine.

If you must have Subway, make the drive to a different one besides this one. They lack managerial oversight.The mobile order was marked as ready to be picked up in the app, then when we go to pick it up, it wasn't actually ready. Only 1, or our 5 items ordered was correct, a kids sandwich. One sandwich had jalapeños in it and was supposed to be for someone with a jalapeño allergy. My steak and cheese protein bowl, which cost $10.25, had no steak, nor cheese in it (See photo). Upon calling the store back, the employee was powerless to issue a refund. He could only offer for us to return so he could remake the sandwich, absent a manager's approval, but there was no manager working at the time. The employee had to leave a message for the manager. Later in the day, a manager indeed return the call and said he would issue a refund, but it was quite a hassle.

Ordered online at 12:30pm, got a text saying order was ready at 1:07pm. Got to the store around 1:15pm, it's not ready. It's now 1:30pm and our order is still not ready. Service, not friendly, with the shocked look on my face that my order was actually not ready they just said you'll have to wait. They forgot my chips and cookies so I had to ask for them, they didn't offer anything for being 30 minutes behond, then forgetting half the order Will NEVER be coming back here.

very respectful staff in quick-service even though it was busy and even though the staff was stressed out they still treated me like I was a person they have the cleanest Subway I've ever been to and they always have what I'm looking for and they make it just they way I want.

Sooooo disappointed in this store!!!! Who closes 1 hour and 15 minutes early?!?! Do you understand that people plan their trips around store hours?!?! And to have no disregard for your customers makes me sick!!!! I work in a restaurant and would NEVER close early!!! Soooo glad the Mexican restaurant next door stayed open just to accommodate us after they saw how poorly we were treated! Now THAT'S consumer service!!!

After reading some of the reviews and seeing all the negative comments, I realize I should have read the comments BEFORE ordering. I haven't eaten at any subway in 10 years, because my home town had some great places to get a sub. I haven't found any one here that makes a sub I can truly say is great. I ordered both the cheesesteak and spicy Italian. The cheesesteak sandwich I had to open the bread to see if anything was in the bread! Barely any steak and it wasn't as it was described on the website. The same thing with the Italian. I opened the bread because all I saw sticking out was a few leaves of spinach. Needless to say it might be another 10 years before I give them another chance.

Normally I shy away from jumping on an establishment, but I have a problem with places that have their hours posted on Yelp, Google, and other places, only to take the time to drive there, and they have their hours posted on the door that they are closed. What followed though was what prompted me to take the 3 1/2 minutes to write this review. 1 star is probably a little too generous. When I called to see if they truly were closed as I was driving away, an employee answered the phone only to tell me that they close at 9. When I asked him why it said 10pm on literally every site out there, his response was that was for only Saturdays, then followed it up with "is it Saturday?" I understand that working a retail fast food job is brutal, but a little bit of understanding can go a long ways. He informed me that not only his manager could do anything and she doesn't control that type of information - Id have to reach out to Corporate. Again, I get you're working a job that you probably didn't envision on career day, but a little common courtesy and empathy goes a long ways in the service industry.

I was very satisfied with 5 meat deluxe sandwich specially prepared by an employee who could tell I was having a bad day. The big problem was that a big lady who I have now nicknamed "Ms. Bumbaladee" came in, shoved me aside, stole my sandwich, and barely left enough money on the counter to buy a gumball. This further depressed me, yet they remade my sandwich how I like it. My sassy wife came in and was complaining about how the food had extra carbs and they didn't warn me about, but I still found their service satisfactory. I hope others can view this comment and be helped by me. I wish all of you guys a pleasant rest to your day!
