Our sandwiches were very good. Our speed of service was glacial. We stopped in during a Saturday lunch "rush" - there were about four people in front of us and two workers. We entered the store at 12:57pm and after waiting and ordering and eating we left at 1:42pm. We had an appointment at 2pm and so our eating only took about 10 minutes of that 45 minutes. Several people in line commented out loud regarding the slowness of the service. Based on this visit, I am reminded of why I don't come here very often.

Decided to give this location a shot for dinner tonight. I could definitely say that they could use some help. However the young kid working by himself on the evening of March 7th was very polite and made two great sandwiches. You don't often see young kids put a sub together neatly at any location, it's more like throw it all in the bun and hopefully it doesn't fall apart on your face. Hey owner...how about giving this kid a raise and some help and maybe this location could get better ratings?!?

I enjoyed the courtesy of the employee. Can't say what their name is as no name tag but does wear a black ring. Hopefully next time they will have tomatoes available.

Wowie we left in less than 5 minutes we walked in was thinking about what to order and this green haired teen asked how many subs we said 3 and she gave out the most audible sigh I've ever heard because she was too lazy to want to make 3 subs which is her job and we we're the only customers there. Her boyfriend seemed to be chilling in the back who knows what they do there out of everything yes she could have had a bad day but you leave that out of work repremend this employee will never be shopping here and going to the one by town center instead
Out of lettuce, out of meatballs at 6:00. This Subway is awful.

Absolutely worst management I have ever seen or heard of. They have gone through multiple managers, none in which know what they are doing. Now there is a new gal managing this store that has no idea how to schedule her employees, does not communicate well and does not own when she has made a mistake and instead hangs out with her boy friend during work hours. Do not work at this subway, they have no idea what they are doing and your schedule will change at the last minute all the time. This place is a joke and has no professionalism.

There's a kid who works here. Tall, young boy. He's the worst sandwich maker ever!! He was talking the whole time and would stop making the sandwich every time he would talk. And he was complaining about all the customers. He said try he hoped no one else would come in. He said that to us--the people waiting in line! He kept forgetting what the people in front of me said. He had to ask "Cheese?" three times to the same customer. Absolutely terrible! I waited in line for 10 minutes while he made two sandwiches. Then he rang them up wrong! Then I left.
