The cake pops and cookies Kristen made for my daughter's high school graduation party were beyond beautiful! I honestly couldn't have been happier with them. I asked for an Island theme and she matched the decorations perfectly - flamingos, monstera leaves, hibiscus flowers with matching colors for the cake pops. Hint: if you are on the fence, order another dozen cake pops - these went the fastest! Everything was delicious.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS LADY! Yes, she makes pretty cookies but her customer service is TERRIBLE! She emailed me this morning with what she was thinking of doing and I responded please do something else and apparently within the hour she already cut the cookies so we couldn't change the theme I NEVER confirmed for a party 5 days away. Her communication is short, rude and unappreciative. Please take your business elsewhere! Every time I have worked with her there has been an issue and I kept giving her a chance. Typically I am very easy to please, but she is SO difficult.

Kristin has been absolutely lovely and so accommodating to work with!! I'm from NY but wanted these for our party in CO. I'm flying in on Saturday and don't land until mid afternoon; the party is Saturday night. So my window to pick up the cookies is pretty small and, unfortunately, outside of the usual pick-up window. I told Kristin my dilemma and she told me this was no problem! She's working with me to make sure I can still pick up the cookies after I land but before the party that night!! She's answered all of my emails super quickly and really easy to work with. The party hasn't happened yet so I don't have the cookies, but will update this review after the party!!

The entire team had excellent customer service, quick response times, and worked hard to ensure everything was set up beautifully! We paid the little extra for them to deliver our cake to the venue-- which I felt was absolutely worthwhile. They had cute cake and cupcake displays they allowed us to use as well that went perfectly with our reception. Everything was both delicious and beautiful. Would highly recommend using them for any of your dessert needs!

Oh wow - what can I even say about sugamesweet and their customer service ! I live in the uk and desperately needed a Mother’s Day gift for my mom who is stuck in Colorado due to covid19 flight restrictions. Mother’s Day dates are different in the US and the UK and I left it too late with no one able to deliver in time . Enter Sugamesweet :-) From my first email to Kristin to the moment she handed the beautiful decorated box of cookies to my mom , their customer service was exemplary. She not only made beautifully decorated cookies , but she hand wrote a note for my mom , put them in a gorgeous box and even verbally gave a message to my mother from me when she handed her the box . It couldn’t have been any better and it made my Mother’s day !The cookies, I’ve been told, are delicious and have been very much enjoyed by all those who’ve had them.I would highly recommend Sugamesweet and I know I’ll be using them again without any reservation.

From the first email to narrowing down choices to the most amazing cake - ever! The owner personally took time to help me decide on what would be the right flavor and design. I’m sure I was being a huge pain with changing my mind 50 times, but everyone was so patient and sincerely cheerful. It’s so hard to find service with a smile these days, but Suga Me Sweet really understands what a smile means to a customer.
