I wanted to share a fantastic local spot called Sushi Mango, located right here in Highlands Ranch. Ray and his wife, Ann, have owned and operated it for over 13 years, and it's truly a neighborhood gem. Ray is also the head chef, and they consistently offer great quality sushi and excellent service.

Great experience here! The food was really good, I got chicken katsu and diver scallops the two times I’ve gone. Sushi is really good, but what I’m most impressed about is the little outdoor dining area they have! They managed to make a zenful, relaxing atmosphere in the middle of a busy strip mall. I love the lights hanging and the water fall thing, it’s so nice! And I LOVED the mango mousse cake. I normally don’t like cake too much, but this one is delicious.
