I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Joei and the rest of the staff at this sweet green were wonderful! Greeted when we walked in and Joei took our order, was kind and friendly, didn’t mind going back to add extras I forgot about. Food was amazing as always! This is my new favorite sweet green location! Thank you Joei!!

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

Wonderful food, employees and atmosphere! I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Bowl and it was incredible. Delicious and filling. The employees greeted me when I entered and were friendly through the ordering process. I will be back!

We’ve been wanting to try Sweet Greens for a while and finally made the trip over to check it out. It was 5:30pm on a Saturday when we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and we were the only customers. We took a look at the menu, decided what we wanted to order and walked to the end of the line to place our order

I should note that when we entered,
3 employees were working that we could see. Not one of them welcomed us or even made eye contact. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to take our order, we went down to the other end of the counter where an employee was packing up a to go order. She looked up at us and in an annoyed voice said “you need to start at the other end of the counter—someone will be with you.” And then she went right back to what she was doing.

We walked back to the other end of the counter, waited another few minutes, again with no one even acknowledging we were there, and decided to take our business elsewhere.

I literally can’t remember ever being treated so rudely at a restaurant. We were very disappointed in the entire experience and definitely will never be back. Management needs to fix this or I can guarantee this restaurant will not survive for long.

REALLY BAD job on my online order. I ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Plate, Caramelized Garlic Steak Plate and a Chicken Pesto Parm Bowl.

The Caramelized Garlic Steak had NO STEAK, the Chicken Pesto Parm Bowl had mostly spinach and tomatoes, 4 pieces of chicken, no Za'atar breadcrumbs, broccoli or Parmesan cheese. The Hot Honey Plate had 4 pieces or chicken as well.

I tried calling after I got home. No answer after 4 tries, kicked me to a text link to a chatbot.

Management needs to really work on this location. On-line orders are generally light on ingredients, especially protein. Its expensive for a paper bowl of greens. These bowls were ~$50 and all incomplete.

This location is consistently bad at getting things right. I think they need an on-site person to manage and train the staff. I'll have to take a pass on this location because I'm consistently having issues that seem so simple to fix. You look at their menu pictures vs. what you get and its a JOKE.

Ordered a harvest bowl and caramelized steak (as usual). the guy working informed me they were out of the sweet potato that comes in the Harvest Bowl and that he could give me extra apples or I could pay extra for the other sweet potato. I said that if they're out of the sweet potato I'm supposed to have that I shouldn't be charged extra for the other sweet potatoes... it's sweet potato and you're out of the one I'm supposed to have ...

and that was a really big deal! ( because the other sweet potatoes are warm and a bigger portion) - i said i dobt need s different portion and asked that he give me the portion that it would normally be if they had the correct sweet potatoes...

which he ended up giving me the little scoop of that sweet potato. . but had a VERY bad attitude and was VERY rude.

when you're out of something that goes in the bowl but you still have that ingredient it shouldn't be that big of an issue. and it shouldn't lead to such poor customer service and rudeness and a bad attitude.

we checked out we still left a tip just to have that kind of attitude is really unacceptable and disappointing doubt we'll be back again in the future. The second we paid he turned sharply and walked away - very heavy on the attitude. Shouldn't have tipped at all.

Ordered a steak salad, was forced to tip a very rude young woman (paying by credit card would not let you pay without tipping) my salad was 1/4 full and 3 tiny pieces of steak for &17! Stay away they do not deserve your money and they are rude and did not fix the problem. The woman that was at the counter was extremely intimidating and scary and loudly and sarcasticly said to have a nice day.

I’m quite unhappy I haven’t personally eaten here so I can’t really say anything on the experience on that but I wanted to come and say that I was extremely disappointed in the experience I had trying to get a gift card for my secret Santa. I came in two separate times was told you were out of gift cards and that they would be in the next day. I tried to reach someone by phone which your company has made impossible to in ahold of someone. So I drove on my lunch hour just to be told rudely by the employee working that you still don’t have any gift cards. I’m not impressed. I won’t be giving this place my money at all!
