I had not eaten at Taco Bell for many years. Thought I would give it a try today. Very disappointed in the taste of the food. The service workers never spoke to me and acted like they were doing me a favor . I will not go back to Taco Bell, especially in Highlands Ranch, CO!

Came here on my lunch break went inside. Ordered from the kiosks. Food took longer than usual which is no big deal. But then once the food was ready, I went over to grab my food and proceeded to stand at the counter looking for help because I needed a cup with my meal.
I made eye contact with two employees and asked one of them for help. They both ignored me. And I proceeded to stand there for a few moments longer to see if they would notice. Eventually I just grabbed my own cup. Ice machine was out of ice, which a warm soda doesn't sound super appealing.But due to the atmosphere it seemed maybe there was a conflict in the kitchen or everyone was just in a grumpy mood. Didn't feel like asking for ice. Due to how everything has gone so far.
I don't expect five star service from taco bell but a cup to go with my meal and ice for my soda would been nice. Don't recommend this taco bell.

THIS IS WHAT THE LOBBY LOOKS LIKE AND IT'S I'VE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER 15 MINUTES NOW AND THERE'S NO END IN SIGHT . I had to wait so long for my food and there's like one person ahead of me in line that I had plenty of time to leave this negative review. I eat at Taco Bell's all over Denver and for some reason this one does not prioritize the people that come into the building. So it's super frustrating and I hope that after they read this review, they realize the people inside the building need to be taken care of as soon as the people outside of the building

Horrible customer service...no one helps you, they make you order from the kiosk. The food is slimming. Ordered a quesadilla and it isn't even cooked, or cut...can't hold it at all. Ice machine broken and they dont tell you ahead of time. Go to other Taco Bells. I feel like the majority of the customers here are young middle and high school kids so they dont care what they get.
Ice maker has been broken for 3 weeks. Fountain drinks are warm.

I’m We paid over $2 extra for added chicken to this bowl. Not only did it arrive without extra chicken, it arrived with only 2-3 pieces of chicken at all. This is far from a chicken bowl. Especially an “extra” chicken bowl. It’s more of a rice bowl. We would t have paid for extra chicken if we knew we were barely going to get chicken in the first place.
