The food we ordered was literally inedible. Disgusted with my experience. My husband and I got sick from what we could eat. This place needs to be shut down, for the health, safety, and sanity of the people that can only afford a night out at freaking taco bell. We are boycotting all taco bells and I hope others choose to follow. It's disturbing how bad the quality of the food is and the people are. Out of 50 dollars worth of food, we were able to eat a quesadilla. The rest of our order must have slipped their mind. Our tacos were disintegrated at the bottom of the bag. It's sad when someone who sucks at cooking, makes better food than this. Shame.

Let me start when this place reopened it was fantastic. Our first few meals we said this is so good. I went tonight on a Friday at 720pm. There were 3 cars in front of me. The young man warned me they were understaffed and it would be 20 minutes. I let him know that I understood and would wait. His timing was correct. He was trying to be nice but asked me again my order. When I ordered he had put sauces. They were quick and I received my bag and pulled forward and no sauce so I parked and went in. There were at least 7 employees I counted. All kind of yelling at each other. I get home and my taco I paid full price was maybe 1/4th full. I added a picture.This place is exactly the way it was before it was seized. I am not even convinced they have new management.I was sad to see my experience is not unique.

Ordered spicy potato soft tacos. Received charred, hard potatoes! They were as hard as a rock! Couldn’t even eat my meal. :( Absolutely disgusting.

The employees inside are incredibly disrespectful and very rude. They sit at the counter all day. They don't even ask why you came. After waiting patiently for about 20 minutes, a large woman appears before you. Don't ask. I'm sure the pets on the street are kinder than him. When I asked if I could order, he said he wasn't looking at the cash register and left. She did not direct anyone to look at me. They earn money they don't deserve

We waited 20 minutes for an order with 3 items. When my husband asked what happened with our order the guy at the window laughed and told him to calm down and that they had given our order to someone else??? Which is funny apparently. When my husband asked to speak to the manager so we could get our food the manager was very helpful and got our order sorted out but WOW COME ON

If anyone can get their food within half an hour and have it made right within another 15 minutes, you are lucky! Go buy some lottery tickets.If the manager sitting in the back room is willing to offer a little help, then you are winning the jackpot!SAVE YOUR TIME!!This place is a DISASTER!

I do not blame the staff, but I blame the new ownership and management. They need to staff this location to grow the business successfully. Sunday night absolute mess. It was ugly, and we felt bad for the staff. Never got our food after waiting over an hour. Same frustrations as the old ownership. Too bad.

The problem with this Taco Bell is they're very obviously prioritizing drive thru customers over customers who do online orders or order in the restaurant. Myself and about 10 other people waited for orders inside the restaurant this evening with orders not being completed until 30-45 minutes after placing. Yet the drive thru moved along efficiently the entire time with cars pulling up to the line and getting their food in about 10 minutes at most. People in the restaurant were getting super annoyed and walking out after waiting more than 30 minutes for their food. Everyone loves online ordering. If they don't start prioritizing orders equally they really aren't going to last in this area..

Whoever franchised this location needs to make MAJOR changes since it appears this isn’t a one time problem. Waiting for fast food for 35-45 minutes is absurd. They’re clearly unstaffed and very undertrained. Food is being made at the pace of a snail and there was constant confusion, not to mention at least 2 of them toddled around doing nothing when their counterparts attempted to catch up with dozens of orders. Literally behind dozens of orders. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it at any fast food location.

Atmosphere was clean employees was very nice I love it there. They were getting out orders completely fast the management was great everything was lovely. I recommend this place to everyone.
