This one tastes so much better than the one in Littleton. Is crazy because you would think it would be the same but it's much better!

I asked if I could get extra teriyaki sauce and they said it would be extra. Then I asked if there was sauce in the bag and they assured me there was. Well when I got home, there was no sauce in the bag. The food at Teriyaki Madness has gone down over the last couple of years. Based on this experience I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon

Overall, I have always enjoyed my bowl but this time I decided to try the new wok spicy chicken….holy cow it was like eating fire! If you don’t like hot then I would avoid this new bowl…pretty sure my taste buds will be in shock for a little bit longer. Next time I’ll be going back to my standby salmon or regular chicken bowl.

Spicy chicken is ridiculously spicy and will burn your mouth to the point of laughing/tearing up. Use caution when ordering the spicy chicken but the food itself is good minus the spice

This place 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ giving out old food! I’m just not sure why the manager Yaedria hasn’t called me back about issuing my refund. On 5.14.25 I placed a first-time order and went to pick it up, and when I went to sit outside at the common table area to consume the food it was inedible. I went back to the store to take the food & get a refund. She gave me a printout to take to my bank, but she still didn’t issue the refund and it’s been 20 days and this lady still hasn’t called me back. Why are they popping these places up without good business acumen or food to serve. Whose idea was this? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Really surprised with the overall rating. Def. not my experience. Food was average at best (Tokyo Joe's quite a bit better). Soda was spilled all over the outside of the cup for my to-go order. I asked for a napkin and the lady acted like I had asked her to go clean the rest room. She pointed to where I could go get one even though there was a stack right behind her. The soda was flat (not changing their CO2). The cook was mopping the cook line when I walked in (that's a good sanitary feeling). It was 8:30 and they were really put out that I had placed an order that close to 9 as if they are very used to spending the last hour of their night on their phones or socializing. Z-E-R-O customer service. I'd guess a poorly managed location leaving it up to hourly workers to run it how they see fit. My first visit to this location and my last!

Service was not great and I have never been charged extra for teriyaki sauce I had to pay for extra that’s crazy definitely the worst teriyaki madness if you can find another location definitely go there not here 😞other locations like youngfield don’t charge extra for teriyaki 😁

Fresh, hot food, especially the chicken. Can be a bit spicy so I recommend offering a few spiciness levels. I also request the addition of more veggies choices like spinach and bell peppers. Definitely a TMAD fan!

Don't trust the hours. It said it was open until 9, but when I walked in at 8:45, they said they were closed. I have always thought that being open meant that food was being served. Apparently not here.

We ordered takeout, so I have no real idea of how to rate "service" or "atmosphere", but my salmon fillet was overcooked - charred and tough on one side. As for "service", I do know that the gal who took my order was lackadaisical, as if her taking my order was an unnecessary pain in the butt.

We probably won't be back, as this order for 2 - takeout - ran to $33.66. I'm unimpressed. Bigly. Scratching "Teriyaki Foolishness" off our list.
