The Bundt Shoppe

I placed an online order for pickup of some mini bundts for my mom’s birthday around noon for pickup that day at 4:40pm. I then received a call at 3:50 saying they were going to close at 4:00 that day and were going to refund my order. That left me no time to come in earlier to get my order. Not sure why they couldn’t reach out to me at the time my order was placed to tell me my pickup time wouldn’t work. Very disappointed by the horrible customer service.

Callie was extremely helpful and sweet! Clearly a very hard worker, and the lemon blueberry Bundt cake was really good!

Just stopped in. Callie was quick to help, knowledgeable and efficient. She was is a cast with a leg injury. Still did not slow her one bit! I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stopped at around 5:58 pm today ( I know because I looked at my phone as I looked at hours on door) and the OPEN sign was lit up. We entered and it took the employee a few minutes to come out to help. She comes out at 6:01 and just said “sorry my register closes at 6pm.” What!?! So if there had been a line and we were in there way before 6 o’clock, would she have told us to leave if it took her until 6 o’clock to get to us as well? Disappointing experience!!! And POS systems do not just stop taking payments at a certain time. The cakes are good but that was a “bad business decision” in my opinion. WHO does that!?! I won’t be going back and they’re literally right down the street from us. I’ve been going for years and this really was very disappointing..

If you are going to have cake... THIS is the cake you need! They are always pleasant and the cake is always top notch.! I have declared the Bundt Shoppe cakes "the official cake of our office parties"

Placed an online order several days in advance. Got a day of call asking to substitute, which I agreed. Then I got another call telling me that was now unavailable and directing me to go to a different location for the pickup. Not how this works. I wouldn’t trust this online ordering system for special occasions, you’ll be left empty-handed.

Always a wonderful experience working with Amina and her team each holiday season. We order upwards of 150 dz bitty bundts for gifts and the customer service and quality of the bundts we receive is always exceptional. We cannot say enough great things about The Bundt Shoppe.
