Nobody helped me, the employees are rude. I do not recommend coming to this location. They are the worst.

Me and my co-worker came in to pick up an order at this location. Lexus was the one who helped us, and we had a great lunch break on a busy day!

I recently embarked on what I thought was a pilgrimage to my beloved Panda Express, that temple of orange chicken goodness. But, plot twist: I parked, walked in, stood in line, and only then realized I was actually at Tokyo Joe’s. I stood there, processing the betrayal by my own brain. Could I leave? Should I stay? In that moment, I decided to roll with the universe’s odd sense of humor.

I ordered a dark chicken bowl with noodles and veggies, mostly out of confusion and mild panic. When it arrived, I had to admit—it looked like it might have been prepared by someone who knew vegetables could be more than just garnishes. Everything seemed fresh, like the veggies just got back from a spa retreat. The portion size was large enough to make me feel a little guilty for not running a marathon beforehand. Kudos on that, Tokyo Joe’s.

Taste-wise, the noodles and chicken were solid, but it felt like they were shy at the flavor party. I found myself staring at the bowl thinking, “Is this when the sauce cavalry comes in?” Spoiler: they didn’t. But despite the sauce scarcity, I enjoyed my meal, and there was a satisfying “I made a mistake, but it turned out okay” vibe to the whole experience.

Would I go back? Sure, if my brain ever tricks me into thinking it’s Panda Express again. Or if I just want to visit my veggies post-spa day. Really though… I’ll be back again!

The quality of the food was not great. I came in for a poke bowl and ordered it "Gluten Free" since I have an allergy. I noticed, after it was too late, that the bowl had gluten containing ingredients and ended up getting sick. I recommend if you have an allergy not coming here.

I used to like TJ, but the quality of food has gone down drastically in recent times. Undercooked chicken , fish with no flavor, old sushi roll, etc. I had to throw away the food. Don't plan to go to any time soon. Sauce was pretty good.

Enjoyed my ahi salad. Very fresh and tasty. We ate at an outdoor table and had a leisurely lunch on a warm summer day.

I came in at 8 pm hoping to grab a quick meal. I saw they closed at 8:30 and didn’t want to inconvenience the team by arriving too late, especially since I have worked in customer service and understand the annoyance at a customer coming in “10 minutes to close.” The cashier was a girl with red/purple dyed hair who completely ignored me when i walked in so i stood around awkwardly until she acknowledged me. I asked her how she was doing and she didn’t respond. She was extremely rude, uncommunicative, and unfriendly. She gives this location such a bad atmosphere. It is very unwelcoming.
