Torchy's Tacos

Pretty good tacos but a smidge on the pricy side. This is what I would consider something you only do every so often... lol Nobody has $25 to spend on three tacos and a drink, but it is good if you do lol.

As much as I'd like this to be one of my 'go-to' places, they seem to lose my order from time to time.

What a great experience between food and Caleb’s amazing personality! He was so happy to be serving veterans today. Thank you for serving veterans today!! To me that is a huge deal that many corporations overlook. We will be faithfully coming back!

Not quite what it used to be. The self serve kiosk depersonalized the experience and onto it off one of them wasn’t working. We had a live person take the order to help minimize the line but I probably would have had a more pleasant experience talking with the computer. They were very disengaged.

The food was amazing, especially the Diablo Hot Sauce... however, there is an employee named Brie there that is so friendly and attentive that truly made the experience exceptional!

The tacos are delicious! My only complaint is that they are huge, so I couldn't try all of the different flavors that I wanted. The green chili pork is delicious, but my favorite would probably be the Republican (who knew that I would like something named after Republicans?!?) if you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by.

Just a larger sized Santiago breakfast burrito. I knew I was gambling coming to a chain to grab a breakfast burrito and I’m not surprised it was gross or that the staff was unfriendly. This one’s on me for poor decision making.

Horrible wait time when picking up, even though their website instructs you to pickup at a very specific time like 6:01. Didn't receive my pickup order until 6:27. This has happened to me three times in the past year at this location. I was standing around in the middle of the restaurant with 10-12 other people also waiting on their pickup orders who were very likely experiencing delays past their set pickup times, as well. What's even wilder is practically the whole time I stood there waiting there were no people in line making orders. So 10-12 people off to the side of the register in the middle of the restaurant and no one in line at the register... They really need to start giving accurate times for pickups. This place is ridiculous...

Food is good but recently it’s started taking a super long time for food to come out. We’ve come here a few times recently and it’s taken 25+ minutes to get our food.
