Quinlan is a great bartender! He made me the patron margarita skinny and it was as amazing as my date ? definitely a go too in Highlands ranch.

Words can NOT describe how disappointed i am,I have been coming for a few years always on a weekend always ready for the democrat and a lovely mr orange.To my surprise they took it off the menu a while ago, although i was upset i decided to order the republican they took it off too…. then i wanted a something just to munch on something like an appetizer so i order the street corn and the lil nookies. They got rid of those too. Torchys tacos you used to be a great food place now your getting rid of everything. That once sought my attention. Are you as a company under new management as a loyal costumer I am deeply offended by your business decisions

I am so happy to have a Torchy’s in Highlands Ranch! I eat there at least once a week, super tasty and nice staff! My fave is the salmon taco?8/24 I learned last night that Torchy’s has removed the salmon taco from the menu at this location … sad day for me.?I really looked forward to my weekly visit to Torchy’s.

Yikes!!!!! You guys got rid of our favorite taco!!!! What were you thinking?!?!? Bring it back and stop messing with a good thing!!!! “Test kitchens” can bring some great new options but for goodness sake don’t get rid of the good stuff you already have!!! If anything, work on the “tacos of the month”… choices have been less than appealing the past few months… we still love torchy’s, still love the service, atmosphere and the food is still good, but our favorite being gone will make us think twice when we’re going to eat out whether we come here or not…

This place has the most delicious pork tacos and to my surprise was very quick and efficient while not compromising the food quality. This became my favorite restaurant to day. Service was impeccable and food was extremely fresh and satisfying.

Tacos were great, couldn't get enough of their poblano sauce. Service was also very fast. Ordered my second round of tacos and they showed up probably three minutes later. Good beer too, solid selection.
