Better than all the rest

This was our first time in twisted sugar. When we first walked in we were not really greeted, the girls just looked at us. The drinks were pretty good but when asked about other options such as sugar free flavors or different add-ins the girl who was working the register struggled to answer our questions and was pretty dismissive. After trying the drinks we brought one of the drinks back in because we did not like it and when asked if they could remake it all the girls rolled their eyes and were very rude about it. The cookies were good and I liked they had gluten free options. Overall not the best first experience, not sure if we will be back.

We were extremely happy with the cookies from here. They taste homemade and not ultra processed like some other popular cookie places we've tried. I especially likes how the lemon frosting was not the fake lemon flavor and tasted like they use real lemon juice. My husband is celiac and was so happy with how many gluten free options they have and liked all the ones he tried. We will definitely be going back to this place.

Everything about this place is good, with so many different delicious cookie flavors and drinks. The Banana Cream Pie cookie and Butter Beer are always my go to

Love this place!! Best cookies, perfect size and their Twisted Diet Dr Pepper is the best!! I even have the Twisted tumbler! The employees are always friendly and create a fun atmosphere!

YAY for gluten free cookies! While they're becoming less rare to find, it's still difficult to find a tasty option! But I'd say Twisted Sugar delivered! (It's not perfect but it's one of the better cookies I've had). And the coolest thing, is you can choose from so many flavors - the banana cream and twisted sugar being my two favorites!
While the cookie base itself is the same, the different topping flavors are a game changer. They are thick and give me Crumbl vibes but like all gluten free food, it is a little gritty.

Looove the staff- very professional and super helpful. Absolutely love the cookies and drinks.

It was so much fun and it always is every time i come in! I was welcomed with the most energetic and welcoming energy. I was served super fast too.

We got a to-go order and ate right away. I tried a GF cookie, and my wife had a peanut butter cookie (non GF). Something was off about the texture. Both were thick, chalky and tasted doughy, or under baked? The icing tasted okay at least. Ended up tossing them. Recommend going elsewhere, especially for the price.
