I recently discovered this hidden gem of a sushi restaurant tucked away in a strip mall next to Starbucks and that shares a parking lot with Taco Bell in Highlands Ranch. From the outside, it’s easy to miss, But once you step inside, you’re in for a treat!
The menu is massive, offering an impressive variety of sushi, sashimi, rolls, and Japanese dishes. What stands out is the freshness of the food and the high-quality ingredients. The sushi was some of the best in the area, beating the regular spots in Highlands Ranch.
Our server was delightful —kind, attentive, and very helpful in navigating the menu. They made excellent recommendations and made us feel well taken care of.
The only downside is the atmosphere, which feels a bit blah and could use some updating to match the quality of the food. However, the restaurant just started offering beer, wine, and sake, and plans to expand their liquor menu soon, which is a promising!
Despite the unassuming location and lackluster ambiance, the incredible food and top-notch service make this my new favorite sushi spot in Highlands Ranch. If you’re looking for fresh, delicious sushi that outshines the competition, don’t let the location deter you—this place is great!

Came in with our niece for her first experience with sushi. Owners were flexible and prepared a crunchy California role for my daughter and niece though it wasn’t on the menu. We got the angel roll among other rolls, which was delicious. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the food here. They offered different rolls than the other places around. I accidentally left my coat there and went back a week later, and they handed it to me. That shows great integrity of the staff for someone not to take it home.

So accommodating! I have celiac and they took heavy notes on what i could and couldn’t have and were good about explaining what was gluten free and what was not. the atmosphere was amazing and so calm and the food was amazing i come here so frequently. 100% recommend

So glad the corn dog place is gone. Maybe they would have stayed with better service. My wife and I always go a little crazy with sushi cause it all sounds good. We picked quite a few things and some were maybe too similar in taste/texture but thats out fault. We just saw something that sounded good and picked it . Also my wife has a shrimp allergy so it was nice that not every single roll had sushi in it like many sushi locations. We had three appetizers, the Jalapeno bomb, tuna taretare, and spicy crispy tuna, which literally has no spice. For sushi we had the naruto roll, godzilla roll, golden lobster roll, and the joker roll. All very delicious. Incredibly excited its two minutes from out house! Can’t wait to walk here instead of driving when it cools off outside!
