The atmosphere is amazing and the food is very delicious! The food presentation is beautiful, it came in a little boat and was so cute. Staff is friendly and informative. Food came out in a timely manner with no inaccuracies. This is a great small business and I will definitely be coming back! Would 100% recommend :-)

Wow! We have been blown away by Sean and his team at Uni Sushi. All of the fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. The beef yaki udon was perfect on a cold day. We will definitely be back frequently.

Beautiful little sushi spot with all the updates. The sushi is very fresh and quite delicious! The crunchy rice tuna appetizer is probably my favorite one I’ve had anywhere! I’m super picky with roll combos and for me the special rolls just didn’t match my taste BUT they were fresh and delicious and unique! The chef’s really nailed the menu with a variety of sushi and noodles. I truly hope Uni is here to stay! We will definitely be back to try noodles and more appetizers.

Very generous portions! Pictured left to right is the sashimi for sashimi and chips, 2 orders of salmon roe (ikura), and the crispy tuna rice. Usually crispy tuna rice comes with just 4 pieces, we were so pleased to get 6. We were given Doritos for the sashimi and chips, I assume this is just because we ordered on one of the first days they were open but for the price, it was worth it for the serving of sashimi alone. I hope in the future they can use wonton chips or something similar instead.
I discovered this newly opened sushi restaurant by chance. My dining experience was very good. The environment is clean, the service is good, and the sushi rolls are very fresh. I look forward to coming back next time😎

Drove 20min to try this place but was turned away at the door. Despite having multiple open tables they said they didn't want us to have a bad experience due to the chefs being backed up. No estimated wait time to give us the choice of waiting or not. Not a great experience. Maybe give them a chance to make up for it in the future.

I found this restaurant by coincidence. Its brand new so i decided give a shot. Im not lying, these two dishes really superised me a lot. Service was decent with hospitality. Overall, it gains me 5 stars. I recommend yall to come and enjoy. Yall wont regret.
Everyone there was so nice and friendly, The chef, let me taste a couple of the different fishes that they were serving to see what I'd like the most. He was very helpful and experienced.

Had our first experience at Uni Sushi today, the official first opening day. We sat at the sushi bar and it was phenomenal. Sean, the Sushi chef is very friendly and very experienced. Delicious delicious delicious. Planning to go back again tomorrow. Ryan, the waiter, was very friendly and helpful. The customer next to us follows this chef everywhere he goes. (And drove a distance to eat here.) Watching him prepare plates and rolls was like watching a master. Excited for what’s next to try tomorrow.

This is by far the best and freshest Sushi I’ve had in Colorado. Sat at the bar and some off menu rolls made for me as well, all of it was absolutely amazing. I will be back to eat many many times in the future.
