Don't go here. I got salmonella poisoning two days ago and have been incredibly sick. So bad I had to go the ER.

Their meat was super suspect and I only ate a few bites. Thankful I didn't eat the whole thing.

This is by far the best Wendy’s I have ever gone to. They are always so friendly and so warm and I can tell the people there have a good rapport with each other. The main manager is excellent. I have been to a lot of fast food restaurants and this one stands out ??

If i could give this place 0 stars i would, they charged me 15$ and missed half of the order, then when we went back for the rest of the food they were really rude about me asking for our food. NEVER go to this wendys theres is a reason they have a ton of 1 star reviews?

Ordered the new Krabby patty meal, left disappointed. Paid for a double, got a single, asked for extra sauce, no sauce provided at all. Was never given a receipt, so can't file an actual claim. I'll be flagging as fraudulent on my credit card. Don't eat here.

Dude at the counter had no gloves, raw dogged my frosty and saucy nuggs. He just drizzled the sauce and didn’t cover everything. Horrible.

I ordered from the drive-thru on 8/18/24 at about 11:30 AM.
As other reviewers have said, I had to repeat myself several times at the drive-thru and the ekployee taking my order had a bad attitude, probably because she was irritated about customers repeating themselves over the bad microphone all day.
I ordered a Bacon Doublestack, Saucy Nugs, and small fries. The Bacon Doublestack had no bacon on it all even though I was charged for it. The Saucy Nugs were undercooked and soggy, definitely not cooked long enough to hold up to submersion of sauce without the breading falling off. The fries were fine so at least the bare minimum was achieved.
I waited a little extra long at the pickup window to the point that the crew member there apologized to me, so there’s no excuse for undercooked food. No other cars in front of me or behind me either.
I get that it’s fast food and these complaints will go nowhere and be seen by no one, but I tried to call the restaurant for a refund and nobody answered.
