Typical fast food. Seemed clean inside, fairly decent pace in ordering food

This Wendy's is hot garage.
Went through the drive-thru and got fries and a frosty. I checked the fries before leaving the parking lot. They were very brown, cold and limp. I went inside to replace and the entire floor was being mopped in the middle of the day (3pm). I had to carefully pick my way through the wet floor to get to the counter. I was very polite but they immediately called the manager. He looked at the fries and had them put some replacement fries in the fryer. The replacement fries I got were hot but still VERY brown. From my days in fast food many years ago, I remember that brown fries usually mean dirty oil. I don't know why the entire floor needs to be mopped in the middle of the day, just spot clean and mop everything just before closing.

What a friendly place. The wait was worth it as it came out fresh.

Food was fresh, service was super poor, and the drive through line took forever.

This was one of the worst burgers I have ever had at a Wendy's. Classic case of over promise and under deliver by good ole corporate America. Stopped in for a burger and fries and spoke directly to the Shift Manager and requested everything fresh please. The fries I received were stale. I took the fries back and reiterated Fresh Fries please. The burger I received was on a stale hard bun probably from the deepest bottom of the bag along with the dryest meat patties I have ever received. And to top it off the Frosty I ordered was half melted. What is going on with Wendy's? Almost every Wendy's I visit serves half melted Frosty's. If a Shift Manager cannot get me what I ask for then who can ? And to add to it the manager went ahead and told everyone what I had said and the snarky looks were abundant. Im done with this location.
I just noticed none of the reviews have an actual response from the owner of this location prooving once more they just dont care.

No seasoning on fries or burger. And why ask me what kind of sauce I want if you're too lazy to even put it in the bag? Sorry you failed high school but don't take it out on people just trying to get lunch.

Why offer promotional menus items if you're not going have them available?

Woman was very short with me in the drive through. Gave me my drink and junior frosty, and then 2 minutes later asked, “can I help you???” “Yes, my food please.” I responded. Then realized when I get home that the order was completely wrong and not what I ordered at all.
Please quit your job if you hate it there. Working for corporate never pays off. You are so replaceable you have no idea. Go someplace where you at least kind of like your job.

This Wendy's is no place for seniors!
I drove through for lunch. While waiting to get my order, a delivery truck came and parked on the edge of the lot. Apparently, I must have irritated the delivery guy. As I waited to move through the pick-up line he began yelling and cursing at me stating that I was in his way. He even called me out of my vehicle so he could fight. Wow! His perfect straight shot from his delivery truck to the back door of Wendy's MAY have been impeded by 1 or 2 feet at most, while as a restaurant customer, I waited for my food.
He continued his rant by saying he would get me, but that it really didn't matter because I would be dead soon (I am 67). Then he started trashing talking my wife yelling things, including she cheats on me.
This vendor's actions, right there in the parking lot, created a very memorable image for the company he represents - Harvest Distributing, Inc. His actions also reflected negatively on the quality of suppliers Wendy's utilizes. Wendy's should use vetted suppliers, not small start-ups. Most importantly, customer safety is now an issue, especially for seniors who might be considering patronizing that restaurant.
To close, as a former Wendy's restaurant manager in Highlands Ranch, I am extremely disappointed that a situation like this occurred and was allowed.

They claimed that their burgers are grilled when the customer orders it fresh however that is not the case at this location before I could sit down, the burger was handed to me and it was old like it had been made three hours prior the manager or person who is supposed to be at the register was not at the register and I had to wait a few minutes and attract his attention to get service That was in the back texting on his phone every time somebody would go to order food

I work down the street so I usually come once a week. Lately it’s been so slow going through drive thru. With absolutely no line it takes so long to get my food.
