I have regularly enjoyed the chicken classic asiago. My visit tonight gave me pause. The ENTIRE chicken fillet was soft cartilage. Like very noticable. Like not enjoyable. See ya. Chick il A is across the street.

The food has gotten unbelievably bad here. Everything has a weird taste to it. My drink has a dirty ice filter taste to it. The shredded lettuce is horrible and messy. The .50 for a sauce is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t be eating fast food anyway but they’re giving good reason for people not to come back.

Walking up to the register was not greeted, was stared at but not helped. All the employees were just standing talking the entire time in the restaurant not cleaning nor wanting to take our order. Had to walk away from the counter and come back in order to get helped. Gave my order then was stared at not asking if I wanted the meal or anything else. There was still Christmas playing very loudly not only you could the music the employees were playing behind the register.

Do NOT eat before a movie. I went here once before a movie at AMC and thought it would be a good idea to get a frosty. The explosive diarrhea hit shortly after the movie started. Unfortunately the cleaners paid the price for it…

Excellent service. Moving swift during lunch rush. It's always nice to see pep in their step. Went above & beyond asking/suggesting if I want to add onion to my chili (which I forgot but YAS!) Property is well taken care of outside. (Drive Thru). Pleasant lunch break. 👍👍

Went through the drive-thru and got fries and a frosty. I checked the fries before leaving the parking lot. They were very brown, cold and limp. I went inside to replace and the entire floor was being mopped in the middle of the day (3pm). I had to carefully pick my way through the wet floor to get to the counter. I was very polite but they immediately called the manager. He looked at the fries and had them put some replacement fries in the fryer. The replacement fries I got were hot but still VERY brown. From my days in fast food many years ago, I remember that brown fries usually mean dirty oil. I don't know why the entire floor needs to be mopped in the middle of the day, just spot clean and mop everything just before closing.
