I ordered on door dash. My order was incorrect and I let Wingstop know. Jorge the manager called me the next day to make it right. I came in to receive my order and the food was fresh and accurate. Jorge and the other staff member there were kind. Thank you for your help!

Worst ran business I've dealt with in Highlands Ranch. We went there before my kids practice. We waited 25min for our dine in order. People that came in 10-15min after us were getting their food. We waited there so long that my son was going to be late for practice. When I ask what was going on with my order. They all played stupid with each other. I asked for a refund back on my card and they couldn't even get that right. They had to get me cash out of the tender. Train your people Wing Stop. Train your people.

I wish I would’ve looked up the reviews on this place before I ordered. It was absolutely awful. They gave me my wings in a cracked container that spilled all over my car all over my house I sent in an email complaining zero response stay as far away from this place as you can.

Waited 40 minutes for an order. Asked the employee if it was ready, she said no, 5 more minutes, checked in 15 min later to see that the order was ready the whole time when a different employee checked and picked up cold food. Awesome.

My family and I did a walk in order and were planning to eat there. Walked in and ordered at 5:55pm and after 6:25 still was told it was almost ready. The worker kept touching his hair without washing it and kept going back and forth to working with food and cashing people out. He didn’t wash his hands once! It wasn’t until my husband brought it up that he shouldn’t be working food and touching his hair did he finally wash his hands. So gross!

Got a 100 wings and they came so dry, over cooked, and rubbery. Was not worth the money. Also the fries were supper soggy and not even one had any crisp to it. Family and I use to love this place and location but this was a huge disappointment, and after that we probably won't be returning.

Ordered some bone in wings with sauce. Wings had no sauce on them. Chicken was extremely dry. The chicken looked as if it was marinating in the Sahara desert. Only good thing is ranch, even fries were mediocre. If you want mediocre food go to wingstop in highlands ranch. My order was also $60, would’ve been better to lose this money gambling.
