This rating does NOT reflect service. Zoe's is amazing and deserves at least 4 stars. But this location is and has been shut down for months now and should be taken off of Google maps. Don't waste gas driving over.

Decent food as far as fast food goes, but the service is not all that great. We have tried a couple times, and the place is never busy. Each time there’s been more people working there, than people in the restaurant.

I usually am very happy with this place but I won't be back for Awhile. I ordered what I usually do and mobile ordered. When I picked up I realized part of my order was missing and as the girl who I was telling tried multiple times to put her hands my food to keep checking that I was telling the truth, she agreed and got me the rest. Then when I got home and opened my salad I noticed there was no dressing. When I called the lady I spoke to said yes there is supposed to be dressing, and I said I guess I have to eat it dry today she replied with "yep, sorry about that." Didn't offer any solution. Everyone has an off day, so hopefully this was just it.

Great service, even right before closing! They were wrapping up, cleaning and preparing to shut down, but that didn't stop them from cheerfully greeting us and helping suggest some great food choices. The food was delicious. Much better experience than the other place we had just left, who didn't even notice that they lost our business!

Usually love food at Zoe's but visited this location tonight and none of the people preparing the food were wearing gloves. Really is gross when I can visibly see a chef wiping his nose and then proceeding to put food together.

The lady who took my order was extremely on edge and pretty rude. However, the manager stepped in and helped out and was very pleasant. Additionally the food is absolutely delicious. Would be a 5 if not for the first impression.

Friendly staff, thorough in making sure your order is accurate. Great tasting food and far healthier options than the other typical fast food joints.
This is our second time experiencing Zoe's, take out both times. My Greek Salad was just okay. Salad leaves looked a littke sad and the tomatoes were not fresh and mushy. My Chicken Orzo Soup should have been called Carrot & Celery Soup (filled 2/3 of the cup). Maybe a Tablespoon of chicken and the orzo... maybe 5 pieces. The broth was good though. We picked up our order Thurs, 11-07-19 around 7:15pm. Maybe not as good since close to closing time? Over $30, for 2 salads and 2 soups. Expect better quality for this price.

Tonight we watched our food sit for 5 minutes as an employee texted on her phone in plain view near the register. There was no urgency or consideration for our food. Keep in mind our order was $60. The girl who was texting turned around, saw our food, told another girl who came out from the back...with no gloves.. shuffling through our food with her bare hands as she slowly bagged it up. From start to finish, nobody was enthusiastic or friendly, and we felt rushed right off the bat when ordering. Ironic. Nothing hot, chicken was jerky dry, and they forgot the extra sauce which we were charged for, and paid for.
