I go to this location pretty often and every time I’m there while Gustavo is working it’s a guaranteed hit. Hands down the nicest and most helpful person I run into that day of the visit. He’s always polite, going above and beyond, and I truly enjoy the visits more when he’s on shift

Stopped by just after 11. No one in line. Double cheeseburger ordered. What I got was absolutely not what I expected. Not sure why an order during a slow period could turn out like this. Service was not friendly, and burger was even more disappointing.

Zero care when preparing food. The outside of the burger was covered in mustard. When we asked for a new one, they talked s*** about us in Spanish.

Food and employees are great at this location. But I was here today and the smoke detectors are beeping. It happens, and shouldn’t be a big deal, but I was at this same location 5-6 months ago and the same beeping was happening. Strange. Has to drive the employees insane.

No idea why so many Carl's Jr locations feel the need to hide the menu from anyone over five feet tall until they're at the register trying to order, but it's SUPER ANNOYING. Food is super low quality, even for Carl's Jr. Employees have zero enthusiasm, they can't even speak at a normal volume. Obviously they hate their jobs, and customers suffer as a result. The food was at least edible.
