I haven’t been to a Carls Jr in probably over a decade so I figured I’d give it a try. The fries were by far the best part of the meal. Piping hot to the touch and crispy. Burger tasted good but was depressing. That burger patty needs to be improved. Sooo very small and tasteless. I’ll be back for the fries when I pass through.

Orders 3 meals didn’t get every thing we ordered came in to get the stuff they forgot and they turned me down!! Horrible service not worth the cost of disrespectful employees

The portion of egg on my sandwich is small 80% of the time. I have started going to a different carls to get my breakfast

I waited over 15 mins in the drive thru for a mobile order only after waiting inside for several mins. Mobile ordered at 12:35 said to be completed at 12:45 …it’s 1:20 and I still do not have food. Do not waste time here, what could be taking so long? I see a several inside. Seems wildly slow

While a loaded breakfast burrito has the ingredients listed on the website and is made the same way at every location I've ever been to apparently this location does it differently and when shown proof that the order was completely wrong they still just said "that's how it is here" that's not how fast food works, it's intended to be the same everywhere so no matter where you go you know what you are getting, they were rude and dismissive and pretty much told me to screw off

Great fried zucchini burger, hope Carl's jr. can set the trend for more fast food vegetarian food options.
Vegetarian options: Too bad they took away the beyond burger ? ? the fried zucchini burger is okay. More choices would be best.
I eat at too many of these places. I walked in and It didn't smell fresh. What it smell like is meat that set out for too long and they cooked it anyway. I knew what it would taste like by smell alone, so I didn't bother ordering. I ate elsewhere. Being cook half my career, I could have placed money on it.

Waited almost 20 mins, not sure for what as none of my food was fresh. None of it. Seems like they were just doing drive through orders and using whatever I was "waiting on" for drive through over, and over again. Good thing this will be the only time I stop here but wish I wouldn't have even done that!
