Having eaten here a number of times over the years including when they first opened. Its a nice place and has some really cool stuff on the walls. They offer holiday specials and a great menu. Its a large place with a bar and includes another huge section for large events.

Bland food. Almost empty on Friday evening, o others must feel the same way. Waitress ignored us after we placed order. Never came to ask if we wanted another cocktail. Missed opportunity to increase the bill.

I love this place! It's the only restaurant in town and the entire town has a piece of the pie, literally! We were in town and being hosted by some wonderful friends and took them to dinner. The last time we were here they were closed and I was dying to try it. The food is outstanding as is the service! The fajitas are different and more of a ground beef but just outstanding. I can't say enough about the guac and the fries were perfectly cooked. The ambiance is bright yet quant and a bit of a country feel. The drink pours were generous and the prices are a steal. I'm still craving the guac and fajitas! We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I have been stopping at this place for a few years. It seems to have undergone a change in management/menu. It's now a Mexican restaurant "La Granja". We had seriously good carnitas tacos and a very good carnitas torta. The torta roll was just right in texture and flavor. And the carnitas were delicious. Tender and not fatty, with some crispy bits. The regular hot sauce they serve was plenty for me. The "hot" hot sauce is not for the faint of heart. If you're on that stretch of US 36 that is pretty desolate, this is a food oasis. No liquor license now.

$60 for 2 people for the Mother's Day buffet. So not worth it! Very few selections not hot and bland. Basically no dessert too.Parking: Parking is fine

So sad! We saw the place was open and went in. Very few choices and not good. Food was barely warm and bland and we were shocked at the price. $60 for 2 people. We'll never be back!
The Grainery is under new management. Good food and great people.

The steak with blackened shrimp was cooked to perfection. The grainery burger was huge. Very nice place to eat, clean and relatively quick. Would recommend.

Everything was very good. Management and staff were friendly and gave great service. Food and drinks were served in a timely fashion. I had the Beef Steak Alfredo with garlic toast. It was very good. Some fat on some of the steak, but not bad at all. It was all edible. If they wanted to improve that, they could just take the time to trim that fat, blacken it, and then put it on the side. As some like that, burnt fat. The dish was very tasty. Atmosphere was very country, rural, home town feel. Nothing too fancy, just down to earth. Nice atmosphere. I would recommend stopping here and giving them a try. Hours are late afternoon and evening. 5:00 pm to 10:00pm. So a small window of time here. Supper time.
