Seven Rivers Steaks Seafood and Spirits

From the moment we checked in all the staff were friendly and professional. The food was outstanding (lobster bisque, ribeye, Chilean sea bass) from presentation to taste. Our server Zac even asked my husband to cut into his steak to see if it was to his liking and it was, medium rare, as requested! I can't remember a time when a server asked this. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a restaurant in SW Colorado!

We love Seven Rivers! The staff are all outstanding, but Mel and Taylor always go above and beyond taking care of us! The food is always delicious - we highly recommend!

Our server, Christine, was friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent topped off with yummy deserts—bananas foster and espresso mousse were the best!

This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing. The Host was very friendly, and kept us up-to-date on how long our wait was, which was only 10 mins max! Our server was very attentive, made sure our steaks were exactly how we wanted them, kept our water glasses full and checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was great. Highly recommend!!!

My son and I each enjoyed the nightly special that was a perfectly grilled rib eye with an amazing bourbon mushroom sauce. It was delicious! Taylor was our server and did an outstanding job making sure everything was just right. A very relaxing evening for the three of us after a hectic holiday weekend.

Great service. The menu choices are really great even though the prices are a little high. That being said the food tasted wonderful.

This is our second time to visit Seven Rivers. It was just as good as the second time! Mel will seat you and always remembers you. Taylor was our waiter again and is marvelous! Has a wonderful smile and is always so helpful and courteous. They have a marvelous chef! The dinners are always fabulous! I cannot wait to go again!!

Much better food, service, and ambiance than anywhere in Durango except perhaps Kennebec Cafe. It’s quiet enough you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. The servers were attentive without being intrusive. The food was very good. Maybe a bit too much butter for my taste, but we all enjoyed our dishes and the servings were about right.

We had an excellent dinner at Seven Rivers. The bar made great cocktails and the food was outstanding. My husband's steak was prepared perfectly and the jalapeño mashed potatoes were to die for. Our server was friendly and efficient. I left my sweater at the table when we finished and the gentleman working the host desk tracked me down in the casino to bring it to me! The whole evening was exceptional and I highly recommend the restaurant.

We ate our 49th anniversary dinner here as was our custom. It was, as always, exceptional all the way around.

Everything about our experience at Seven Rivers was perfect 5 star. Our waiter Taylor was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We live in Durango and have never been to Seven Rivers before. We will certainly return and recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

We celebrated a birthday and it was the best food, service, and ambiance in our area. We will be back again soon!
