We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. One of the best meals we have had. Service, atmosphere and setting of restaurant was wonderful.
Very nice restaurant. French onion soup was great, jalapeño mashed potatoes were excellent, but hot. Ribeye was very tasty.
7 Rivers is our “go to” for special occasions. Delicious but a bit expensive. Service is always wonderful and we haven't had a bad meal yet. Been going for years.
The Seven Rivers has a nice ambiance with very afriendly, attentive staff. Our meals were very good, right down to the must try Bananas Foster that we shared among 4 of us.
We both had the special of the day. Filet with 2 HUGE shrimp cooked in garlic butter on top of the steak that was cooked perfectly. Service was great and value was also great would go back again and recommend!
All meals were excellently prepared and steak temperatures were exact. Seemingly weighted toward seafood options more than others, however the food is creative and flavors compliment each other very well.
The food and service were great,I would recommend the food be warmer a sizzling hot steak would be a 5 star rating all the way
After several outstanding meals, last night's was a little disappointing. My shrimp scampi was tough, and my wife's steak was overdone, even for her. The bone marrow butter bread appetizer was outstanding, as were the salads.
Absolutely amazing dinner!! What very impressed with the wait staff and blown away with the meal!!! The food was worth every pennie!!

The food was impeccable! We had the wedge salad, petite filet, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, Mac & cheese, corn, and chocolate lava cake. The service was top notch!

Had a great time at your restaurant. Our server was spot on. His timing was extremely good, and him cooking up the Bananas Foster capped the night.
My wife and I think that Seven Rovers is the best steakhouse in the Four Corners region. There food is always excellent and the service fantastic. There staff is always friendly and accomodating. Although at first glance the prices may seem high, unlike many restaraunts that sell the side dishes separately, two sides are included in the meal price. Seven Rivers is undoubtedly our favorite restaurant.
We've been to this restaurant many time and had a wonderful experience. Tonight our experience was not great. Some of the things that happen this evening or that everyone received the meal except for one of our people in our group. Our server came back and said there was an accident with the meal and it would be a little bit more. Another eight minutes went by Until they received their meal. The steak they received was very thin and over overcooked. Everybody else's meal got cold because we waited and we're polite till the last person got their meal. Our waitress disappeared many times and I didn't know where they were. When it came to taking our order for dessert And to box up anything that maybe we had left over it was a long wait. I've had had excellent experience here before and this is very, very, very disappointing. I don't know if we'll go back here again.
An amazing first experience here, Christine was our server and she was wonderful! Definitely try the scallops

From the moment we checked in all the staff were friendly and professional. The food was outstanding (lobster bisque, ribeye, Chilean sea bass) from presentation to taste. Our server Zac even asked my husband to cut into his steak to see if it was to his liking and it was, medium rare, as requested! I can't remember a time when a server asked this. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a restaurant in SW Colorado!
