“From the moment we checked in all the staff were friendly and professional. The food was outstanding (lobster bisque, ribeye, Chilean sea bass) from presentation to taste. Our server Zac even asked my husband to cut into his steak to see if it was to his liking and it was, medium rare, as requested! I can't remember a time when a server asked this. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a restaurant in SW Colorado!“
