What a treat to find a family owned well run diner in this little town. Only had the rellenos and a milk shake but they they were the best n a long time for us. Next time will try the green chili burgers. Ok. Came back and had the green chili burger and another milkshake. Just the best.
If I could give more stars, I would. What a hidden gem. My father and I went to the casino for a car show, instead of eating there, we decided to look elsewhere for food. Glad we did. Taco dinner and chicken nachos were on point. Cute little Cafe. Our server and hostess were so nice. Will return for sure.
My wife and I had lunch at the Rose this week and what a great experience! I ordered the green chili burger with extra green chili. In Pueblo CO they call them “Sloppers” and the extra green chili. Had the open face burger swimming in green chili and cheese. Great taste‼️‼️ My wife ordered the New Mexican green Chili cheese steak. It was very tastee!
