Purchased a roast beef sandwich from this location for my wife who is in labor at the adjacent Medical Center of The Rockies, honestly I’m shocked, served what looks like spoiled, days old roast beef.

They don't run any national sales or deals. Staff are always new and often times rude. Orders are often wrong. My teens don't even like going to this one. If you want Arby's... Go to a different one.

My sister and I, love Arby's for their curly fries and sliders. But we found out the potato cakes are back. So we got some and they are awesome! Thank you for bringing them back.

Food was fine. Teach your employees to not be so rushed in the drive through. It comes off rude and pushy to say “anything else” after every menu item I say really fast and sometimes even before I fully finish what I’m saying. Let the customer fully say what they have to say and if there’s a decent pause say “what else can I get for you” politely and calmly, or something like that. And than as I get to the window to pay with Apple Pay they just snatch the phone out my hand so fast and shoves the food out the window and in my face so fast. I get yall wanna get things out fast and probably have a drive thru timer but calm down.

I went here and asked for the 2 for $5.99 but they never rang the deal up so my total was an extra $6 because of that mistake. I was in my car wondering why my total was so high and saw the mistake on my receipt when I arrived home. I would absolutely not recommend going here. We were the only people in the drive thru as well since it was around 4pm.

Arby’s curly fries used to be my favorite, and I craved them today but was horribly disappointed. I ordered a gyro that looked drenched in oil and tasted overwhelmingly of either too much basil, oregano, or both. The fries were cold, and it seemed like a couple of teenagers were working there without any supervision. I understand that teenagers may be employed there, but there should be some kind of adult managing them. Additionally, one of the employees was vaping in the store not that it matters, but I was underwhelmed to say the least.

The food was fresh and well prepared. I knocked a point for the burger i ordered. It was cooked well, had ample toppings but tasted flat. My wife ordered a fish sandwich. She usually loves them but gave half of it to me. It suffered from the same blah taste. I'm not into heavy seasoning but the cooking oil should not be the dominant taste in your lunch.
