My LG curly fries must have been sitting since lunch. I went to grab a snack omw home and reached into the bag to then taste the nastiest fries I've ever had!!! Dry, old, and cold.

On two recent visits I experienced immediate greetings upon entering the restaurant from a very friendly staff . Order accuracy was spot on and presented quickly. The soda and condiment station was well stocked and clean. The only downside on my most recent visit was that the men's room had an out of service "standing relief" option.
Parking: There are an adequate amount of spaces available.

Arbys is close and convenient. The staff is always very friendly. The food is give or take. Either it's fresh and hot, or it's dry and warm.

I ordered a big cheesy bacon burger with no sauce yet still got sauce on it.Nothing I can do since I got 30 mins for lunch very frustrating. Can't risk going here and wasting money if the tickets can't be followed.
I stopped to get the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches threw the app. Roast beef was dry and hard. Seems like over cooked. The bun was hard and burnt on the top and the bottom bun was chewy and soggy. All 5 were like this

Went in and bought meal, we buy a lot from there, my kids and employess, and my daughter had a piece of plastic in her sandwich the response I got from GM was that sucks, no reimbursement for the food we couldn't wta, no I am sorry just a simple that sucks. I even showed her the pic. Arbys has gotten bad over the years but bad customer service speaks volumes especially from a GM

Stopped to get food before our next service calls and ended up with raw chicken sandwiches. Made us sick the remainder of the day. Bathrooms were nasty as well.

I didn't realize that the beef n cheddar had a new bun with poppy seeds. My husband asked for a different bun and they just made me a whole new sandwich. Much appreciated!
