I was in there today to get an order to go and also yesterday for an order for two people. Today there was an Asian gallon of green T-shirt that was very smug and ungrateful and had a disgusted look on her face and said not a word to me and same with the gal I believe she was in a rust colored T-shirt at the cash wrap. Customer Service is of ultimate importance right now and neither one of those females do justice to that restaurant

Someone once told me, if you go a Mexican restaurant and there's no Mexican's, turn around and leave. This place is that. The food is boring and bland, slopped together in a tin dog bowl by young self entitled white kids that couldn't care less. I would argue that its actually worse than Chipotle or Qdoba. Based on the patrons, the same people, dressed in the same clothes, driving the same cars, ordering the same food, there's no wonder why it has no flavor or creativity. Flavorless and boring.

I tried placing an order online like I always do but for some reason it wouldn’t go through. I had to call the restaurant to place an order over the phone as I was driving at the time. The person who answered the phone asked me to hold and that was where the long wait started. I was on hold for like 20 minutes before I decided to hang up. At that point I was pretty sure she forgot I was still on the line. I called back and told the same person she had me on hold for 20 minutes. Without a sorry or anything she just said what I’d like to order. I get sometimes it gets crazy at the restaurant but even if she didn’t forget I was still on hold first time I called, I expected a “sorry for a long wait” from her. I got frustrated and had to hang up. I’ve been to the restaurant 3 times for the past 7 days. From now on if online ordering doesn’t work I’m just not even going to try to order from them.

The two girls working today should focus more on serving the customer and less on whatever conversation they were having. Got both mine and my husbands orders wrong. Luckily the cashier noticed that my husbands was wrong but I didn’t find out mine was made incorrectly until I cut into my burrito. We were on lunch break so we didn’t have time to return it and have it remade. We asked for pinto beans on both of our meals. They put black beans on mine and no beans at all on my husbands. Why ask what we want if yall are just going to make it however you feel like lol

This location is not as friendly as the college location. Also, the food lacked quantity, and they made it clear that if you would like an extra scoop, it would cost extra. Where the college location makes you feel like creating your dinner with them and getting your moneys worth.
Store was dirty, there was no clean tables, staff was chatting on their phones as well as rude and short with customers. A very disappointing experience. Food was ok.
