This was our first visit and we got it to go. The only thing I noticed was when placing the order it didn’t list all the flavors of boba online. But we were picking up anyways. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. The employee Alex greeted us with smile, and the food was delicious. We will definitely return.

Best oriental restaurant food I've had even compared to many more expensive sit down restaurants.I will definitely go out of my way next time I'm in Denver area to find this or the other location and have dinner or lunch.

While this may look like a place taking a western twist on things, the food most definitely tastes authentic — especially the fried rice! It’s cooked just like the street-style in SE Asia (foreigners may say it’s “burnt,” but that’s the char from cooking sauces, like soy sauce), and we were so surprised at the quality and the ingredients. You can even find bamboo shoots and some eggplant in the green curry! The Korean fried chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked. While I’m used to the fried chicken already being coated in sauce, it was a nice change to be able to control the flavor with the sauce on the side (the garlic sauce was also spot-on) The Hawaiian macaroni was also good, but we were so astonished at the quality of the other foods. Also, the portions were incredible! In case it’s not clear, we ordered 2 chicken green curry and 6 pc Korean chicken wings (garlic flavor), and they gave us 2 almond cookies. Utensils are also high quality. Our total came to $34 with tax. Some of the employees are hit and miss with service. The night before, we came to the restaurant 45 mins before closing, only to walk to the door and realize it wasn’t open while a female employee with blond hair and glasses kept cleaning and ignored us even though she looked up and saw us. Didn’t tell us they were closed early, short-staffed, or anything. The following day, we gave it another try and the person we ordered with was a young man — very attentive and excellent service!Overall, I love the food and the majority of the workers we encountered were great. There are some improvements, but I hope this place continues to thrive in the area. It will become a part of our regular rotation whenever we’re in the area!

Let's start with the 3 stars or for the chicken only. Dumplings were totally overcooked, hard and rather cold. Also, clearly the order was for more than 1 person yet we only get 1 almond cookie? Pretty freaking cheap in my opinion, wouldn't want to break the bank with those 2 other cookies! Won't be back.

This place is so delicious! I have tried every entree and can't get enough. The fried rice is the best I've ever had. Love the Boba teas and the Thai Curry Chicken is my fav! The staff is always so nice and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I enjoyed this place a lot. The portions are huge, the staff friendly, and the place is really clean. I like that they have music playing, but you can really talk over it. The boba tea is really good here. Will be coming here again.

No real issue with the food.We dined in and asked for cups for tap water. Most places provide these as a courtesy. After I paid, I noticed we’d been charged for 2 fountain drinks. Thinking this was just an error, I asked. The cashier told me it’s their policy to charge for fountain drinks if you ask for a cup of water because sometimes people don’t put water in them. She went on to say if I’d caught it before I paid, she would have taken it off but now she can’t. The good news, she said, was that the charge wasn’t very much! While that was true, I found this to be super unethical. The manager overheard our conversation and did refund us, but if this is truly their policy, it’s unthinkable to assume that most customers will steal from you and to charge them as such.

After waiting for 20 minutes for my order, I asked to speak to the manager. I asked if he could help me understand why it had taken at least 20 minutes since I ordered my food. He said that his "kitchen staff keeps cleaning up too early. They had to pull everything back out to cook your meal." This was an HOUR before closing! I've worked fast food. I get that it's nice to get cleaning done a little early so you can get home to your family/friends/beer/loved ones. Do I like the food? Yes. But a total of 25 minutes to wait for my order was unacceptable.

The first time I stopped here it was amazing. The second time. It has been a 180. The only person willing to take customer orders was wearing a mask and mumbled while taking orders, causing several to have to lean over the counter to repeat himself. My order was brought to me 3 times, this sounds great, except it was wrong two of those times. I got tired of waiting, and realized that 25 minutes had passed. I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was. The explanation was that they needed to wait for orange chicken. Customers waiting 15 minutes less recieved their orange chicken and they had left. Hope these things get fixed pronto

Couldn't believe how good this was. Some of the best chicken and broccoli around. Also a great value. Awesome food! It was wonderful and it tasted very fresh.I definitely will be back again ?

I went to Chicken Jack on 4/16 and the food was so good! The portions were filling and the food tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff was very nice and my order arrived quickly!

I really wanted to like it... But it falls short. Chicken was mediocre at best... Some chicken was overcooked and clearly old and some was fresh (5 meals were ordered). Staff were not terribly knowledgeable (understandable as they are new) and it took a long time to get the order. I hope they succeed... But there are better options.

I loved going there. I would grab food once a month. Last time I went, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no. She gave me my food with a smirk and when I got home, I was missing the miso soup. Now, it’s only $1.50. I don’t think I’ll be going back. When did it become ok for fast food to ask for tips? And then not give the full order when you decline.

A few issues and did not live up to expectations. I feel the tables dont match the atmosphere, uncomfortable. The portions were fair and priced just right. There are plenty of choices with chicken being the star of the menu. Unfortunately the speed of service came at a cost. And from there it was down hill. The steamed vegetables were cold as was the fried wontons. The spicy Jack sauce was not spicy at all. The kimchi smelt amazing but did not tast as well. I tried a bit of everything and my conclusion is that it's not worth the drive. A debatable decision unknown if Ill return.
