Got a large order today from the location in Johnstown. Found a lovely hair baked into the crust and poking out the side. No confusion it's baked in. FYI if you spend more than $50 they won't refund you, just a credit to eat more hair? I'll pass but wanted to let others know if you spend too much they don't care how it's sent out.

This is a great Dominos location. The main thing that made me want to leave a review is that the people that work there that I’ve interacted with have all been very kind, cheery and professional. I find that kind of thing to be less and less common these days at establishments like this, so I really appreciate it. Also, the food is consistently good, and the restaurant is clean. Shout out to all employees at this location for running a solid operation and contributing to a positive community.

My daughter and I pulled up to pick up her order. A bald man that was wearing a Dominos shirt was smoking outside by his car. His name is Gary. We went in and he followed in and went to handle food without washing his hands. So if you are getting sick 🤢 this could be why.

Keaton was a real winner. No communication. Ordered around 8pm, was ready and checked at 828. No drivers available (I'm assuming) so wasn't picked up until 9pm. I called at 855 and asked to re make it and I'll come get it but was ignored. I asked again and he said the driver jusy left. I asked again and he said thr driver will leave in 10 min. On the app it said will be delivered in less thsn a min for over 30 min. Assuming the order will be delivered we waited Then it was delivered but no delivery was made. Went to the store and was looking for my order. It was there the whole time and wasn't remade and wanted me to pay for it after sitting for literally an hour. The food also wasn't going to be delivered but showed on the app that it was. Horrible customer service, no communication and prefer the Greeley location.

Came in at 11:30pm, they’re “open” till midnight. They told me carry-out “closes” at 11pm, they could only place a delivery order? You have to make the pizza either way, it’s too late to hand it to me but not too late to deliver it?? If you’re not going to make food for people, turn the lights off and go home. You’re not “open till midnight” if you stop doing your job at 11pm.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the employees last name to give the proper gratitude. We called with some questions and concerns about our delivery. Technology sometimes creates more problems than it solves. Jerry in Johnstown went above and beyond to rectify the situation. If there is a promotion he deserves it. If there is a raise he deserves it. Pizza is pizza but Customer service is key and that man deserves a bonus.
Apparently dominoes will refuse to recognize managerial errors. I received the wrong order, waited eons, and had a hair in it to boot. Apparently this is grounds to 86 a customer when brought to the attention of a manager. P.S. I'm no “Karen”

BUT it was really really stupid to move twice as far away from all your customers, especially the ones in Milliken. Astronomically stupid.

Moved out of central Johnstown 4-5 miles west screwing the people of Milliken. Don’t get the wings. My granddaughter puts more ketchup on her chicken nuggets than they do sauce on the wings.

Came in before my pizza was done watched the teen behind the counter text on his phone scratch the back of his hairline grab a drink from his water that was below and then grab the raw dough and start making orders. Without washing his hands?? I’ve worked in food and all of those would be a reason to get a write up. Definitely made me second guess eating the pizza we ordered ?
