Waited 30 minutes unacknowledged after ordering. When I asked for a refund since they still had not made the order they said they could not without the card present. I used Apple Pay- so I did not have physical card with me. Very disappointed and will have to take it up with CC company. Keeping customer informed is key to business quality.

Wish it would of came as advertised. I had ordered the donut sandwich with maple glaze and chopped bacon.. but.. it was just 2 plain donuts with everything thrown into the middle... when i asked about it, the worker said theyforgot and at the end put it all on the inside.. they did not try to correct my order or anything.. just a passive OH Well to me..
Disappointed, dont expect to get what you order 🫤 had high hopes for this place too. Wish they would sell what they advertised.. instead of a sloppy mapple sandwich, no separation of flavors changes the whole vibe of it, in a bad way. I hope they

A sign in the store, prominently displayed, promoted a weekday special of half dozen cinnamon donuts for $7. We had specifically come to the store for this deal. Employee told us that management had ended the deal. When I pointed out the sign, she offered no apology and walked over and removed the sign. It is unacceptable that the store 1. would not honor an advertised deal and 2. cared so little for customer satisfaction to refuse it to us with no apology.
