Very fun place. Donuts are made fresh to order with a huge selection of flavors and glazes. The place is relatively new and very clean. Seems well staffed and the people have always been pleasant. We go there about once a month.

Walked in at 8:30am on a weekday and they were out of everything but a few flavors. Nobody smiled or welcomed us in. Walked out without buying anything. I get they are new and working things out but it was not a good first impression.
Edit : Gone back three more times. 3/3 times the order was messed up. The most recent visit Sept. 2024 was an online pickup order and when I told them my box was incorrect, all the staff froze looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. I told her it was supposed to be the “Classic Box” and the employee had to ask me what was in it. Yikes. Not a surprise they make the wrong box if they don’t know what’s supposed to be in them. The doughnuts are just okay and after a year of being in business they still can’t get an order right. We won’t be back.

Some of the best and most fresh donuts I have ever had. They each come out very warm. We got two donuts (the peanut butter jelly donut and the strawberries sprinkle) and tried the donut sausage, eg, and cheese sandwich. All of it was so yummy.

Really disappointed. Went in to the Johnstown location at 40 minutes until closing, which seems like ample time, on a whim because my spouse was in the urgent care next door. Stood at the counter for over 5 full minutes and the staff member behind the counter continued to do what they were doing. I was the only customer in there. He saw me enter. Didn't make eye contact. Didn't turn around. Walked past me behind the counter several times. Extremely rude. I was really interested, too. Finally I gave up and left.
If you don't want to sell donuts at 6:21pm why are you open until 7????

These donuts are made to order. Which means you will not be in and out. This is my second time coming here and every time I come in and tell them I'm in a hurry they give me major attitude and just plain rude. Donuts are very average. If your like me and have to pick up donuts for events and need a place to just get in and out this is not the place. Will never come back.

This morning my boyfriend and I went go get breakfast here. We ordered our donuts and 2 drinks. We got our donuts and we were almost done with our food before we got our drinks. We were pretty much the only ones in the store. I stood at the counter to ask about the drinks and no one asked if I needed help or anything.

PSA: DUCK DONUTS!! Tried them today and it was an experience. Not your everyday donut…super rich and delicious. They are decadent cake style donuts…fried in front of you, iced to order…served HOT. They melt in your mouth. ? ❤️

This is an interesting concept.. it’s basically design-your-own donuts. There are tons of options and toppings, and there’s something for everyone. I got 3 of the speciality donuts off the menu, and all of them were good. It was a bit strange that, when I walked in, I was the only customer there and 2 people working who looked directly at me but never greeted me or said anything at all. I had to say “hi, so how does this work?” After looking around for a bit and scanning the menus, at which point one of the people working walked up to the counter and asked if I was ready.
This is the first time getting donuts here. It was great. Fresh made hot donuts!!
